HAD TO CANCEL ORDER
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So - I never ordered this camera my roommate did...You did not have the camera in stock so the salesperson ordered it for her. BUT it never came in and she waited for about a week and then went to TARGET (YES TARGET) to buy this very same camera. So I can say I never ordered it BUT I was disappointed that you guys did not do better in delivering the product!

Focus is horrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned several of here camerasover the years, but this one just plain sucks. I have to take 8 or 9 pictures before one will be in focus. Don't even think about zooming in for a picture because it will never be focused. All in all, just takes horrible pictures.

Didn't work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The camera stopped working after the first full charge. And then it wouldn't take a charge what so ever. Bad camera I guess. But I bought it because I was going on vacation and didn't have a camera for the water parks.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this camera a month ago. My kid use it for camp. The problem is the battery. Did not meet expectations
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this camera after reading multiple reviews of all of the cameras in it's class as well as the previous Fuji model XP80. I went with the least expensive of them thinking that I would be happy with the features and pictures. In the two weeks that I tested it out I was not impressed. I purchased for an upcoming cruise to have a waterproof and shockproof camera thinking that I could leave my SLR and point and shoot Canon ELPH at home and not have to purchase a Go Pro. Things I liked: low cost, lightweight, camera features (wifi, cell phone remote control, waterproof, dustproof, HD video at 60fps) Thing I disliked: charging with battery in the camera, low light pictures and video are grainy and underwhelming, During testing I took many indoor pictures to test out low light capabilities. The pictures are grainy and the flash creates overexposed pictures in auto mode. I figured I could balance with some adjustments but I didn't want to hassle with the settings especially since I will not be the only one using this camera. Video indoors were underexposed and grainy. I might have been expecting too much of this camera. I would say that the picture quality is average at best. Outdoor pictures and video are another story. The colors and quality of the photos outdoor were very nice. Colors were well balanced and video at 60 fps were very good. Sound quality in the video was clear without background noise. In the couple of videos taken there was little to no shake in the image. I thought about keeping the camera because I will be using outside more than inside but I feel that the indoor pictures and video should be better.

This is the best!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This camera fulfills all my wants and more. I was slightly worried about submerging it under water because it was my first time combining water and electronics. It's usually a disaster and I didn't want to risk it... But I did and got some really good hot tub jet bubble shots!! So worth it! I haven't messed around with all the functions quite yet, but I'm using it every day for all sorts of activities!

Worth it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for use at the outdoors and water. I have brought it several times in water and love it. Just remember to soak it when you get back home in clean water for roughly 30 minutes (as advised in the booklet) to keep it from deteriorating.

So disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did tons of research to find the perfect camera (without breaking the bank) for an upcoming beach vacation. I had previously owned a little green Fuji digital underwater camera for a vacation back in 2010 and loved it, but it somehow managed to lose or misplace it over the years. I was really excited about this camera. I took some test pics and they turned out great. As soon as we got to our destination, we tried the camera out in the ocean and it took some great pics at first, but then, the same first day about 30 minutes later, it started acting wonky. It wouldn't turn off... Or it wouldn't turn on... When it would turn on all of the other buttons weren't functioning properly. When I got back to the room, we rinsed the camera off and unlocked the seal to open the side where the battery and charging port is... Water came pouring out of the camera. The door has a little turning locking mechanism to seal the camera, which I stress that we used correctly and the camera had been properly sealed, but somehow water still had managed to get into the camera, which ruined it. After that, it was pretty much a paperweight. We took it back and got a refund instead of a replacement. This was really a disappointment since it was broke before we even got to swim with sea turtles, which is really what I bought it for. I think I'm going to get a go pro or a Nikon for our next trip. I realize there are tons of great reviews for this camera and maybe we just got a dud with a bum seal, but I will probably never risk it with a Fuji again.

Poor performance and terrible support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased on 6/26/2016 and not happy with product. Did not discover any of the major product design defects until I tried to retrieve pictures from camera three weeks later which was past Best Buys 15 day return policy. I would never purchase this camera again and will not consider any FujiFilm product in the future. Camera does not support USB3 or C for data transfer to computer. So if you have a modern tablet or laptop, you are SOL. Camera does not format SD card into anything that MS-Win10 computer can read. When you pull the SD card from the camera place it into a Windows 10 computer, the first thing Win10 prompts you to do is format the SD, which destroys all your pictures (I know). Camera does not take good low light or night shots. Example took camera into Onondaga Cave (a lit cave tour) and only 1 out of 6 of my 60 pictures were acceptable. Camera cannot focus at night and it appears the 'steady picture' software goes berserk making most pics look like a bad TARDIS landing from the 60's. Neither I none Geek Squad can get the camera's WiFi working with a computer network. Camera just want to connect to a smart phone, not my WiFi computer network and not Geek Squad's. The supplied software"PC Auto Save" is very unfriendly and finding answers or getting help off of FujiFILM web site was impossible to very painful. Do not buy this product!!!

Great Camera
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my kayak trips. I had a Nikon but the time between shots was slooow. This camera doesn't lag. The screen is fairly bright too in daylight. The wifi transfer is cool ... I guess ... But I find it easy and fast to just pop the card into my laptop or desktop. Overall I am pleased with the quality and features of the camera. Haven't done any snorkeling with it, as I said, my purpose was to have a durable camera for kayaking. So far it's been great.
