Falsely advertising availability.

Best buy allowed me to purchase it, claiming it was in stock. After the purchase, I received an alert the next day saying that the item was delayed indefinitely. After calling customer support I was told the item was on back order and I was put on a waitlist. 14 days later and best buy canceled my order without asking for my permission. After calling customer support AGAIN. I was told there was nothing that could be done. Absolute worst transaction that I have ever had the displeasure of doing.

Great idea—unreliable product.

I went through 4 packs of film trying to get just one picture to print and was met every time with “Printer error.” I thought it was user error, thus my wasting extra packs of film, but no matter what I did, it still never worked. Perhaps a faulty device, but I’m not willing to risk any more $$$ to try another.
