    I purchased this product as a Christmas gift and was a first time user of "in store pickup". I didn't know how it necessarily worked. I called that same night of the purchase and asked if it was ready. The response I got was "uhhh... I don't know? You should've gotten an email if it was". Really? You don't know? You could've taken 30 seconds to check if it was received and you guys were getting it ready. I'll recommend the product, just be careful for the service you might receive.

    It took a while to charge but after that, it was good. I have not had any time to mess with it and play around with it but so far I LOVE LOVE LOVE

    Product doesnt work - prints black images or wont print at all - Best Buy wont return. Havent bought on Best Buy in a long time and wont EVER buy from Best Buy again - I'll stick with Amazon who has reasonable customer service.
