Very disappointed

Awesome printer, the app is terrible.

I love that any photo can be printed on instant film so I'm not limited to a camera. I also love that I have more control over how my pictures will turn out. However, the app that is needed to use this printer is absolutely horrendous so that's why I'm giving it 4/5 stars. It crashes and disconnects from the printer WHILE printing, so film was wasted. I love the printer, but I'm considering returning it only because of the app. The app only has a 2 star rating, so I'm curious as to why it hasn't been updated or fixed? I'm disappointed that the app is the only way the printer works, otherwise it's perfect.

Doesn't Work

I got film for it (Bought at the instax wonder store and at Best Buy so I know it was the right film), charged it, inserted the film and it didn't work. I tried three different film boxes, read the online manual on how to insert the film to make sure I was doing it right, and still didn't work.The printer film lights kept flashing and the app said there was no more film, insert new film. I will be returning this as soon as I can. VERY disappointed.
