A total shock and awe movie classic

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I seen this movie in theatres years ago and was shocked by Kubrick's screenplay and story and now to see it at home on 4K is nothing short of amazing the story, the characters, about how it was in Marine Bootcamp in the late 60's/early 70's is astounding and I was glued to the screen back in the day and still am today. I served 16+ years US Navy Honorably and this is one of my fav's of defining cinematic classics.
