However, this movie is the most accurate portrayal Of what it was like to go through Marine Corps Boot Camp. The attention to detail is second to none. The acting in the dramatics of this film make it one of the best, if not, the best of all military movies

Best Vietnam war Movie you can find

Good night Gunny, I will relieve you from Gard duty at the Pearly Gates when I get there, Semoer Fi, and enjoy the show.

Accurate Portrayal

My father was a Marine and he said it was the closest he has seen to the war and to the Marines. Buy it is my recommendation.

For this reason, when I saw this movie on sale and in 4K UHD, I knew I had to get it. The movie plot is very compelling and gives you a good idea of what it was like to be a grunt during the Vietnam War.
