    Typical Kubrick excellence. Not sure whether this benefits from the 4K format as much as 2001 but if this is your first purchase of this movie, dig in....

    Kubrick's masterpiece on 4K for the first time, great movie R Lee Ermey as the classic marine gunnery sergeant sets the tone for the rest of the movie.

    Nothings come close to the opening boot camp scene of this film. Well saving private Ryan’s opening is far superior but still awesome movie

    This is one of the best, if not the best war movie. I knew I must get it in 4K, and the decision was well made when I saw it in my home theater.

    I love this particular war movie. My dad was a career marine and says the boot camp stuff was accurate. It's a grim movie for sure.

    You can’t go wrong with the Kubrick classic. I would have loved the steelbook but this will be a great addition to my collection.
