Classic Kubrick film (though not my favorite) on a wonderful looking 4K disc. Got it on sale for $13 and no regrets at that price.

Great movie!!!!! I’ve watched it several times....

I'm sure a lot of people will agree, the basic training in the first hour makes the movie! Lee Ermey was an actual TI and was excellent!

Originally watched this when it was on Netflix and it's still a terrific Vietnam War film from Kubrick!

Purchased the "Full Metal Jacket" 4k-Blu-ray DVD. Inside it had a digital copy code slip. Warner Bros would not honor the digital code because it had expired. No retailer should not be selling DVD's with expired digital codes. That's why I bought this DVD because I live on the road and would like to watch it streaming!

Warner Brothers delivers a solid video presentation but I wished they would have included a Dolby Atmos soundtrack. But, it's worth a purchase.

It was nice to revisit in this film in 4k. The film benefits from the format.

If you don't like grain do not watch this movie it is a great 4K upmaster with with good sound.

This is a really good movie. I would recommend it it.

Great movie but the 4k just wasn’t that impressive. It’s a step up from the standard Blu-ray, but the source material they were working with wasn’t very good. The detail is an improvement, but the grain structure is very poor and everything looks very muddy. If you’re a super fan pick it up when it’s on sale for $10. Otherwise you’re fine hanging onto your old Blu-ray.

A classic war movie gets the release it deserves. 4K is a big step up from previous releases of this movie.

A classic Kubrick film. Not my favorite cause it really shows how crazy the army is. But great nonetheless

I’ve never seen this movie but I’m a big fan of Kubrick and couldn’t beat the Black Friday price!
