Love the pop. My box came crushed, for something that is a collector's item I leave in the box; this was very, very disappointing.

A square won’t fit in a triangle. This funko pop was put in a thin box and then flattened to fit and taped shut. Terrible

Both pops came in damaged. Manager didnt offer an apology on behalf of bestbuy’s horrible shipping.

Bad. Not only was it bad, it was also not good. Would not purchase again.

Order multiple of these and they all came damaged.

This is a fantastic Funko Pop. One of my favorites. It's very unique and a great addition to the collection.

Pop is great, and the figure was in fine condition, but it was smashed into a box far too small. Damage in shipping is disappointing enough, but someone cramming a collectible such as this and doing the damage themselves is easily avoidable and less forgivable. I do warehouse duty too, and you can be sure I take care of the things I ship out, anyone who can’t shouldn’t be doing this.

Vex is everything she should be, unless you want the box in good condition. If at all humanly possible do not get this mailed to you. They mailed it in a bubble envelope. The box is torn, bent, and smooshed. I'm beyond disappointed but there is nothing that can be done because I don't live near a Best Buy that sells it.

The figure is what it is, but the shipping department is terrible. The figure was put in a box that was too small for it so it was crushed to fit in. Do better, Best Buy.

The exclusive limited edition un-replaceable Was shipped in a bag that was to small to even fit the box without crushing it. By the time the package got to me the figure was broken into three pieces the base into two and the box was smashed flat.

Normally I wouldn't review product based on service, but I don't understand how they can cancel an order the day it's supposed to have arrived. And the real kicker is it's still listed as in stock! I ordered again for shipping this time, let's see if it shows up. I'll update my review if the second order goes through.
