They literally sent the pop in a plastic mailer bag with ZERO protection besides the bubble mailer.. Pop arrived smashed in extremely bad condition. I had to contact Best Buy and have them ship me a replacement. I explained to them to please note that the next one be shipped in a box with adequate protection.. Guess what? It didn't.. The second one came in the exact same way and arrived damaged just like the first one.. I will absolutely not order Pops! from Best Buy again. I hope Funko stops giving Best Buy exclusive Pops! because they don't know how to properly ship them to customers..

Not the best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not the best pop but it’s ok I was not impressed with the ship of the product to the store because I collect them and they put a high sticker right on the front so it screwed the packaging up a little which brings the value down. So I would not have it shipped again that is for sure.

Terrible box integrity

The item came with multiple bends on the box. This will severely diminish the value of the Funko pop. Would never think a company such as Best Buy would be so inconsiderate with such a fragile item.

Placing a colllectible inside a bubble mailer is 100% guaranteed to arrive destroyed. Very unhappy with the carelessness. Spent way to much money for these to arrive crushed. I was told to come in and exchange. Not worth my time and the risk. Never again.

Horrible Packing Job
