Products seems to be good, but store really dropped the ball on delivery. The TV was supposed to be delivered to the store for pick up, but the associate sent to our house, which left us scrambling to find someone to take the TV off of our porch because we were out of town. The associate also misinformed us of certain benefits when signing up for financing.

Picked up first one got home, installed it and turn it on. It had a light bleeding through all the way around the edges and barely can see the picture at nine returned it. Changed it for a second one got it home. This one had bad pixels.

Nice tv for outdoor and camping, love it. Has so many features and great for what I need it for.

Purchased it $1,200 and it broke in 2 weeks. Purchased an insignia for $120 and it's going strong out door all summer.

Absolutely horrible. Will never ever purchase from Best Buy again. Arrived broken. Screen is cracked and unable to use. We had an extremely busy month in May like everyone else and so we ordered the beginning of May and finally opened the box last weekend to put up for the Indy 500. Realized it was broken unusable. And now Best Buy said too bad so sad you are outside of your two week purchase window so tough luck.

This TV was delivered to us damaged the first time with a cracked screen. The second TV was delivered with a manufacturers defect and the picture was hazy in one area of the screen. The glare was bad even though this was supposed to be an outdoor TV. We ended up returning it and going with a much less expensive TV.

Arrived internally shattered which we did not realize until we mounted outside after the return window (exterior of tv looked perfect out of the box). Furrion customer service has been a nightmare trying to get them to honor their warranty. Do not recommend

Bought this TV 1 year ago and stopped working no display. Company Is good will send another TV was under warranty!

We never had the chance to enjoy the tv. After 3 attempt, it was delivered with a cracked screen.

My order, which was supposed to arrive yesterday, is still missing, and after 45 minutes on chat this evening, I have not received a resolution besides be looking for an email in about 3 business days for a replacement. I was told I would be transferred to a supervisor who has not come on the chat.

Audio quit working from any source after 4 months. Emailed Furrion support, no answer. Called and said they would call back, no answer. Buy anything but Furrion.

This TV is terrible. Unable to connect to any LG sites and not able to download spectrum tv app. Best Buy will not accept a return as the return policy for this $1400 product is 30 days. Now i am left to chasing the return of this tv that doesn't work on my own. BEWARE!!

This is really not an outdoor TV. The picture is only visible at night. The Samsung Terrace TV is 100% better. Bad TV!

Easy to setup, easy to use. Remote comes with protective cover which I like. Good value. As far as longevity, I have to wait and see.

This TV does great outside. Occasionally we'll have full sun on this partial sun model and the picture can be seen well. Great sound, no need for a aound bar unless you really need/want more robust sound. [5☆ for rating comparing to other TV audio] As noted in the manual, if its hot outside and the sun is shining directly on it, it will start ahowing round areas of discoloration. Shutting off the unit and covering it from getting direct sun, the issues went away when we turned it back on when the sun set behind the trees.

When we were in the market to buy a outdoor tv by our swimming pool we decided to go with Furrion because of all the research I had done on the brand and customer satisfaction I read about. I just opened up our outdoor living space and had had the TV out in the Minneapolis cold all winter long and it fired right up and as it bright as it was when I first bought it. We are very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a outdoor specific TV.

Excellent picture! Easy to see even if it's bright and sunny. We did hang this on our covered porch but it is bright and sunny area. So far we love it!

I haven’t had this TV long enough to provide a complete review, but so far so good. Picture is decent.

This t.v. is a game changer out by the pool, me and the family love it...highly recommend.
