Excellent Movie > Disk Issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really enjoyed this movie. Filmography, special effects and audio were excellent. Brad Pitt was surprisingly forceful in playing Don “Wardaddy” Collier. I’m glad I bought it. My issue is that there is a 00:03 blank/dead spot between scene’s 1 & 2. This is at 07:55 min to 07:58 min mark. Was this a bad batch of disks? It’s like that on both the 4K Ultra and regular Blu-ray disks. The rest of the movie plays flawlessly. Sony has to know about this. I don’t believe this was intentional. Is a replacement disk set available? Thanks!

Love WW2 era movies
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This movie really gets into the aspects of what hardened soldiers and new raw recruits experiences in war. It really wasn't mentioned, but it does have some truth to a real tank crew during WW2, but I won't spill any information, you all need to look it up. I already had seen this in the Blu-Ray version and only picked up the regular DVD copy for our local library to add to their collection. But if you want another great WW2 movie, you have to watch this and put yourselves in their shoes to see why ordinary citizens sign up to fight the wars not only in the past, but in the present time.

ATMOS Bass heavy. Good demo 4 subs not surround.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought solely for surround sound demo on Klipsch 5.2.2 (2) R820F, (1) RP504-C, (4)R51m, (2) 12 " JBL GT subs. Kinda disappointed buying this. Not a whole lot of whizzing by or panning left to right. Movie was really bass heavy though. Very few scenes where surround was fun to listen. The surround sound scenes were sort of short. Got it for $10 so not too bad. I would not demo this movie. It's not like AWE YEAH that scene was FUN! REWIND! It's alright. I prefer DTS-X tracks. Theyre slapping ATMOS on every thing when it sounds just the same as an upmixer.

Great Movie! Even Better in 4K UHD
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just purchased a New Samsung 4K UHD 65" Q90T Q-LED TV and got a Samsung 4K UHD Blu-ray DVD player with a Samsung Q950T Surround Bar System and purchased this 4K UHD Movie as it is one of my many favorites. Fury is a great war Movie! The ATMOS DTX surround sound and Picture are awesome! Like being in a Movie Theater, especially since theatres have been closed due to COVID-19. The 4K DVD was at a good price too during black Friday sales.

Not the usual WW2 movie
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fury brings a unique perspective to WW2 for what life might have been like for tank crew. It also is the first movie to ever show real German Tiger tank that was borrowed from a museum. The vehicles and uniforms were spot on. Some parts of the movies were very frustrating and highly inaccurate for those that know the history. The ending scene in particular was a complete fail. The writer/director were their own worst enemies by having the characters comment repeatedly how an entire SS battalion was advancing towards them. Yet the battalion had not a singe AT gun of any type, no medium to long-range PanzerShrek or PanzerFaust and used dumbed-down tactics. All in all it was a decent movie. But kind of a disappointment with poor decisions made by the writer/director. Only reason I give it 4 stars was to at least give the movie producers credit for using real tanks from both sides.

great movie great help
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I bought this movie after missing it in theaters. I went in 2 days after blue ray release and it was sold out. Went back during the weekend and the movie was still empty on the shelves. I asked a guy up front and he looked it up found they had it and someone in the back brought it out to me. Great customer service! The movie was great as well, I definitely recommend buying a physical copy. It's a classic with high profile actors that will still be great 10 years from now. It's not just a war movie but also a movie about inner turmoil and regret caused by the actions of this tank crew.

Great movie!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A great look into the dark side of war. Brad Pitt leads a tank crew in the final days of World War II in this war drama from End of Watch's David Ayer. The year is 1945. Army sergeant Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) is the grizzled commander of a Sherman tank. Determined to strike a decisive victory for the Allies in the European Theater, Wardaddy leads his five-man crew on a treacherous mission behind enemy lines. His mission complicated by the sudden appearance of a rookie soldier in his platoon, the sergeant knows that victory is within reach, and vows to achieve it by any means necessary

War Movie Junkie
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a hug war movie fan. Fury isn't quite on the level of Saving Private Ryan or Black Hawk Down, but it is a very enjoyable film. The ensemble cast is what drives the film. The tank battles are realistic and different. What really made me look forward into watching Fury was the director David Ayer. I know he's set to direct the upcoming Suicide Squad from DC which I'm stoked for, so I wanted to see some of his work. From the looks of it, the movie will be put into good hands. The only thing that kinda annoyed me about the film was the final battle in the third act. I thought it was a little dark filming wise and bland for my tastes, especially considering it was the climatic fight of the film. Still, Fury is a kick butt film with great acting, storytelling, action, realism, and emotion. If you love war movies, you won't be disappointed.

Feel the FURY!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not a big war movie fan, but I am a Brad Pitt and Shia LaBeouf fan, and this was an impressive movie. Let me be clear that it is a war movie and there is much violence and death, but it is a powerful story and I am happy to have seen it. Fury is the name of the tank that Brad Pitt's crew drive around in 1945 in the war, and the damage it does on Germany. Tank versus tank, tank versus rows of men, tanks versus buildings full of enemies... It can be tough to watch in places, but I would recommend this movie if some blood and violence isn't too much for you.

Outstanding realism.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As war movies go most people prefer to be spoon fed a diet of not-too-gory wounds, quiet peaceful passings and not too rabid a hatred of the enemy. I cited realism as a combat VN veteran with 2 tours. I cannot imagine a WWII scenario where units at the front for extended periods would not behave as Fury's crew does. Sorry, but if you haven't had shots fired at you in anger you simply won't understand. Evidence the replacement bow gunner's conversion.

Great movie!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I sat down with my wife to view this movie, I was thinking there was going to be some kind of humor in this movie. Boy I was wrong this movie is a great drama. I really enjoyed viewing this on my 65 Samsung LED TV which I bought at Best Buy. If you enjoy action drama movies you will love this one. I have recommended this to my family and friends already. My wife enjoyed this movie as well. Even if you are not into War Movies you should like this one.

Great video & audio quality. Worthy bonus disc.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Demo quality disc with excellent bonus features. The exclusive Best Buy bonus disc, with over an hour of footage, is well worth tracking down if you are a fan of the artistry behind moviemaking. The film itself lives up to the disc's substantial supplements. David Ayer, stepping out of the usual contemporary urban trappings of his previous films (End of Watch, Street Kings, Training Day), succesfully transposes his previous themes of men with violent vocations and the corruption / redemption that are the byproducts of one's loyalties onto this WWII tank tale.

David Ayer Masterpiece......
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has been said before but FURY has to be one the best WWII period movies since Saving Private Ryan. David Ayer is a master film maker and story teller. The cast and story are first rate. The attention to details of the 1940's WWII Europe were amazing. I have to admit I am a little biased because my late father served in the Army's Third Armored Division- Spearhead. Dad was able to see this movie but I know he would have watched with pride. For any one new to this film I totally recommend it.
