The filmmakers didn't hold back in this one, there are body parts flying and heads exploding all over the place. At times it's uncomfortable to watch, but I suppose that's the point. The actors involved were all on point, especially LaBeouf, who plays a character normally out of his wheelhouse as an actor. Gets a little Hollywoody and unbelievable towards the end, but the action and acting hold it together. The picture quality is pristine, and scales up extremely well on my 4k TV. Sound design is great, even from the TV speakers I was getting some good surround effects.

Now I'm not much into any type of war movies but I must say the movie it self was pretty good. I bough this movie base off a recommendation for begin sonically well rounded. Meaning it sounded awesome with the Dolby Atmos mix. The price of this movie was very good as well, Got it on sale. Thank you Best Buy!

This is not just another war movie.. I love the acting (Pitt, Bernthal, and LeBouf especially). That's right, I never thought I would say Shia LeBouf did a tremendous job acting... but I have to hand it to him, he sure did. Great special effects in this one, and love how they showed the colored tracers on the shots... very realistic! The 2nd Blu-ray Features disc (Best Buy Exclusive) is absolutely wonderful.

The storyline, acting, and action in this movie is superb. I got this on sale, which makes it even better. Just an FYI - the box will not show digital included (like the pic), but the code is inside. I was going to return it, because I wanted the digital code also. I'm glad I took a chance and opened the box.

I believe this is the only war movie that I'm aware of thats based on a tank crew. There were many moments in the film that I was like "OMG" - the fire battle between the tanks was just epic. The sound of the film will definitely give your surround sound and mainly your sub a run for it's money. Excellent acting and was quite entertaining. Highly recommended - 5/5 stars.

My favorite military movie since... hummm. The action, actors, story, movie... great. At the end of the movie, I reviewed the extra information. It was worth it. I know this is a movie / a visual story... but there is truth in this story. In war, the good guys loose their life too.

If you're a fan of war movies specially World War one and two and this is definitely a must see. the last time I saw a great movie about one of the world wars was saving private ryan until now. Brad Pitt's amazing role as a sergeant in charge of a tank battalion is nothing less then a perfect role .When the credits run on this movie the only thing that you will be wishing for is that they make a part 2.

This is one of the most addictive, realistic, and entertaining war movies ever made! The characters are well developed and really portray how war changes people. It runs the gamut of human emotion and takes the viewer on a wild ride. Looks great in ultra HD too! Buy this movie today!

I loved this movie for taking on tank warfare in ww2, and in such a brutal and artistic fashion. Seeing as this is directed by David Ayer, I was instantly turned off - I don't really like his films. However I was wrong with this one - I guess every director has at least one good film for movie goers, and this one was for me. One gripe is it slows in the middle and the plot sort of deadens where it should be the most alive. Steelbook on this one is cool, though definitely one in the line of BB getting lazy on their artwork.

A better war movie than I remembered it. Gritty, intense, and sometimes hard to watch. The 4k transfer is outstanding, as is the sound. Mind your speakers, the tank battles packs a wallop. If you like war movies, this has to be in your collection. Highly recommended.

Good guy movie. I purchased the Blue-Ray over the DVD because of the extra features. My dad was a 19 yr old Sherman Tank Gunner, so of course I needed it in my collection. 1st time in a movie where I saw opposing tanks trying hard to circle behind each other, which was more common then people may be aware of in close combat.. One of the few places the Sherman had an advantage over the Tiger.

This is one of the better war movies I have ever seen. It does an excellent job of showing the courage of WW2 soldiers, while giving you a realistic view of the horrors of war and the effects it has on all soldiers. I have a 4K smart tv that upconverts all input, which resulted in a graphically beautiful picture. This movie is definitely worth the price of admission.

Blind buy, on the recomendation of a friend. I really enjoyed this movie, good story. The Atmos track is amazing. Everytime the tank fired I could feel it, not just hear it. The HDR was good, but this being a war movie it is going to be loaded with grays and blues so not a huge color pallet, but it was nice n crisp. Very happy I bought this!!!

Jonny Bernthal's most underrated performance. And a very overlooked war film. Not all the bangs and booms of the often thought of ww2 films. But a very true, honest, and dirty look at war itself.

Rented this movie from redbox and loved it so much that I went and bought it. You definitely get a sense of sacrifice that went on during WWII. I thought that it was an amazing touching movie about one of the darkest times in history. I really can't say enough positive things about this movie. Warning this movie is very graphic and I would not recommend it for any children at all.

Beautiful 4k presentation. If you’re into WW2 films, I recommend this film. ‘Furry’ is character driven. So expect that going into this. The special features are awesome! If u pick this up, watch these special features-if you don’t, you’re missing out on half of the goodness packaged into the 4k

How many "Tank" movies have YOU seen? Even though they are few, there are others, but besides "Sahara" with Bogart, what others can you name? Nevertheless, "Fury" ranks as an exhilarating, you are there type of movie experience that is unforgettable. Acting, story, grit, mud, and the brutality of war all combine to great achievement. One hell of an effort, and one that should be seen.

This is one of the best WWII movies I have seen. A lot of attention to detail. Using period correct equipment and uniforms. Especially the tanks. The extras in the set comes with a lot of information on how they created the tank battle and just how far they were willing to go to have the correct equipment and uniforms to match this period of the war. A must have for WWII enthusiasts.

I saw the previews for this movie and it was even better than it looked in those. Great war movie and it shows the camaraderie of warriors and horrors of war in a stark, and true way. Shows how war can change a man but also show his hidden potential when faced with insurmountable odds. Good history lesson for those that don't know about the importance of tank warfare in World War 2.

Fantastic movie with a seriousness and depth that are fitting for the source material, but enough touching spirit to grow your connection to the characters till the very end. So glad I could get this masterpiece with a 4K quality upscale
