    I’d previously had a 3mm yoga mat. It worked well in my last place that had carpet, but the new place is concrete and the old mat was awful to try to use. I use this mat and the old one together and it’s great! I can do whatever without worrying about my hands/knees digging straight through the old mat. I even roll them up together

    The thickest Fitness Mat I have ever bought. Great quality and lots of cushion. This our 3rd Pro Fitness Mat. Unfortunately the dog chewed half of one!

    The thick mat helps my knees not hurt while using it. It rolls up nicely for storage. I got this for $10.99 and I bought a second mat to use in the garage for working on cars or other things. I give it 2 thumbs up for the price that I paid.

    Mat looks decent, haven't used it yet. Got it for laying underneath the car while doing service. Should be and upgrade to hard concrete and dirt; seems thick enough. I got it on sale, Thanks!

    The quality of the map is very thick and soft. The band that holds it together is a little too loose and does not stay together. One rolled up .
