Rattling problem

The noise was immediate from the first plug-in but it was pretty faint at first and intermittent so I wondered if it was just in a "settling" phase, but as the weeks have gone by the rattling noise is getting louder and much more continuous. The cooling function is working fine, but this is a major annoyance and I would not recommend this product if the issue Im experiencing is a typical one. I am trying to find out if there is a warranty associated to this product to see if the issue is fixable with some type of servicing.
