You definitely need to watch season one first - the story is linear and builds on itself. Not for children due to lots of R rated material

If you like this type of genre of show its a great one for you. I own 3 seasons and have watched up to the current season. Very entertaining.

I love the show, even if its not my favorite season. I won't give any spoilers away but this series is a must have for any collection.

Definitely worth the purchase. It is good to sit and watch episodes because you seem to see things you missed the 1st time around.

I haven't read the book, but this season was a good follow-up to season one. There were several new characters introduced, with new storylines.

I avoided this show for 4 years and I kick myself for doing so. It's one of the best fantasy/adventure/drama/action shows ever!

The second season is just as good as the first. The characters are still killed off quickly but new ones are introduced to keep things going.

I'm only giving this 3 stars because it's my least favorite season of GOT. But everything is here to warrant a higher rating, the production quality, writing, acting, directing and action. To me though, the pacing was the main issue, maybe it was just how season 1 ended and it felt like I took a while to get anywhere. Still, even my least favorite season of GOT is better then any other show's best season.

Enjoy the show but the way season 4 was presented it was hard to read the menus and follow the episodes. We accidently skipped some.

Great series. Some nudity. Not good for kids. Keeps you watching. I watched season 1-3 for several days. Can't wait to watch season 4.

Takes a while to get everyone straight but leaves you wanting to watch the next episode and the next one.....

This is a series that you will want to watch several times. I enjoy the director's commentaries, as well. Worth owning.

Funny, I didn't think that I would like this series, but I'm hooked on the endings. You just have to know what happened...

Season 5 is my least favorite because of Dorne. Still one of the greatest series ever, though!

Although it's my least favorite season in the series...nonetheless a must have for the collection.

Purchased as a gift, so I can't comment on the quality of the disc's or their content. The show itself is amazing.

If you enjoy the show this keeps it coming. It is more my boyfriend's speed then mine, but we are both enjoying.
