Though I haven't read any if the books (which will be next on my list, Lol), I have been a huge fan of the whole series and anyone who is remotely a fan will enjoy this because of it revolving around the fight against the Night Walkers and the team up of Daenerys and John Snow!

I'm a fan of the series so biased towards favorable reviews. Some people did not like the ending but I look at it as at least people were engaged and cared. Personally I was not disappointed or happy with how the series wrapped deciding instead to just enjoy the experience.

I now have the entire Game of Thrones series in BluRay and all purchased from Best Buy. Best Buy always has what you need and it is very easy to order and they stand behind your purchase(s). Best Buy has become my go-to place to buy my BluRay and Ultra HD DVDS.

It’s GOT or course it’s great. However, this isn’t my favorite season. The story line seemed a bit rushed and the filming during some of the scenes were just too dark and it was difficult to see what was going on. It not how I wished the show to end in general.

I could not pass up this final season for GOT ! I had problems viewing this when it was released on HBO but now I own the whole season and can adjust my settings for the fight scenes that were very hard to see during the initial release of certain episodes

Great series. A lot of people are saying online; that the last episode wasn't good that it could have been better. I agree. I love the series, because it's a little similar to The Lord of the Rings. And I love almost all fantasy movies set in those timelines.

Season 8 should have had more episodes. More thought should have been into the conclusion of a truly great series.

I agree that this is not the best season and after such a spectacular show, fans were - in their majority - disappointed by this last season. I think it's still fair pretty well. They could have added 2-4 episodes to wrap things up better. But still a great moment of TV.

Best original series I've seen to date. Very well developed characters and story line. Very hard to be surpassed, Even eclipses the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit Trilogies, my favorites before Game of Thrones. You're missing out if you don't watch.

Don't want to spoil it, but we all know how Game of Thrones (season 8) turns out. Yeah, the story was a bit of a disappointment. But definitely needed to add a copy to the personal library. This DVD accomplishes that objective.

I GOT TO THE STORE AND THEY SAID THEY DO NOT SELL DVDS ANYMORE. BUT THE ONE REP, WISH I GOT HIS NAME, SAID HOLD ON LET ME CHECK SOMETHING, HE WENT OUT BACK AND CAME BACK WITH IT. SAVING ME MUCH NEEDED TIME THIS BUSY TIME OF YEAR. THANK YOU. THE KIDS HATE THE ENDING OF GOT BUT IT COMPLETES OUR SET WHICH WE ALWAYS BOUGHT FROM BEST BUY. THANKS AGAIN.

Love this wave of steelbooks, love this show, love everything about this series, except the final season.

OK so I bought this to see all the gaffs I'd heard about (and apparently they edited them out of the DVD because I never saw the Starbucks cup, etc.) Anyway, they ended it the way they began. Unconventionally for the time period they seemed to portray. But I (personally) liked the ending. No one I've talked to did, so I guess I'm in the minority.

Everyone pretty much agrees the final season was not satisfying. I just bought this for the magnet sigil

I thought this was a good season but would have like a different ending. The show was suspenseful and surprising throughout. I recommend this to anyone that likes mystery and intriguing shows. I look forward to the next series this author writes.

I would like to see a better ending of the show. I would love to see more ANIME in the store not online

Say what you will of the final season (I was okay with it), the continued line of GoT steels are a great item for any fan of the show to have. The house sigil magnets are a great, fun momento, and the picture made when combining all the spines is such a fun little touch- a reminder of how intricately everything was all tangled together.

That being said, I made my purchase of these products and thought the itemized receipt was E Mailed to me but it was not. An E Mail was sent to me saying, Here is your Best Buy receipt. When clicking on it nothing downloads. Bottom line I have no itemized receipt if something needs to be returned. I have EMailed Best Buy on several occasions...no reply

This has been one of my favorite shows. It has everything! Lust, greed, killing, and yes even sex! I highly recommend this show to anyone that enjoys action. And Best Buy was great at delivering it to my house. It came when it said it would.

Game of Thrones is an epic saga and Season 8 is the long, long, long awaited finale to this series. I think we all had high expectations for this last season for a show we all cherished. There was no way it could live up to the hype.
