I love this whole series... until the very last episode of season 8. The last episode wasn't written by the person who wrote all the rest of it and that was a big mistake. I would suggest anyone to watch the whole thing - it is so excellently done. It's just that very last episode that is pretty bad. I wish they would re-write/film that one.

I have followed this wonderful show since the start and have yet to be letdown, until now. Not saying it was horrible, but predictable and hurried. I feel that the writers tried to tie up the series quickly and failed to resolve the storyline.

The final season of Game of Thrones found a way to upset most of their fans in one way or another, from Starbucks cups in scenes, to heroes becoming mass murderers, to unexpected deaths and betrayals, and a "winner" of the "game of thrones" that no one saw coming. The battles are great, but the writing...well, I leave that to your own opinion.

Not the season I was hoping for ,however it's still GOT. The 4K Dolby Vision is stunning in almost every scene. Even the infamous 3 episode is enhanced to great quality. The Dolby Atmos sound field brings the entire series to life,especially the opening credits. If your a fan and have a 4K. set up this will not disappoint.

love this product makes a great placeholder to prevent papers from flying away. Comes in a Steelcase that can double as a Frisbee for your dog. Lots of special features on each of the discs so you can catch a glimpse of what the writers and directors were thinking if at all while filming this last season.

What can I say about the final Game of Thrones season that hasn't already been said? Everything started going downhill with the fall of the Night King. The strong sense that D&D were just mailing the script in instead of spending time on some thoughtful plot lines and story. So why did I buy this? I had to complete my video set.

I am probably one of the minorities that did liked this season. Of course the writers was mostly on their own since the latest Game of Thrones book still hasn't been released yet. To me the best episode was episode 3 of course. The finale could have been a tad bit better with some tweaks. But all in all I enjoyed the season.

Rather abbreviated and not the best season, but still an enjoyable and intense show.

I was missing this last season to complete the slow. Reviews said it didn’t live up to their expectations but I didn’t want to leave the collection incomplete. Got it on sale so it’s all good.

Lots have been said and written about the final season. Yes, it was rushed and yes, it did not do justice to many of the major characters. Only buy for completion's sake. From a tech perspective, discs are excellent (especially on an OLED). Special features are a bit light but still good. Only buy to complete series.

I wasn't expecting so much to occur upon the beginning of the new season. I have many friends that have found the ending to be sad, but I believe he never wanted to be king, but to live the life he was shown to have at the end of the series!! Absolutely loved this from very first season to it's finally.

I recommend the show to all my friends to watch, it would leave you on the edge of your seat. the actors were great the storyline was great. and each episode was shocking, Game of Thrones will make a great gift I just bought game of throne for my brother for a Christmas present. and he loved it.

There was a reason this series was so popular. The production value rivals big budget films and the story lines were engrossing. Too bad it came to a conclusion but in a couple years I will watch it again.

I had purchased seasons one through seven in a box set before the final season had been released. I watched all seven seasons a second time with someone who hadn't while waiting for the last season to be released. I was not disappointed and had to buy season eight to complete my collection.

Well, they are right. This isn't the best season, but it does complete the set.

The final installment of such a great series! Wish honestly there had been more episodes in the final season but special effects were awesome. Things move faster than expected with limited episodes. Sad when it was over! We fans can hope maybe for an offshoot with some characters in the future?

The picture on the TV is crystal clear and at time we feel like we are right there in the picture; almost like 3D experience. We chose the wireless surround system and that is also awesome. My wife and I watch a lot of movies and are truly enjoying the experience. We are glad our old TV died.

Excelent series...Game of Throns...all of this sesason of this serie is so good, that keep you all the time at the edge of your seat waiting for more and more.....

I finally watched the final season 8 and enjoyed the story but I think it fell short from being great. Fitting all the main characters in such a short season seems like it was all rushed to fill in the blanks. I would have preferred that they add another chapter or two and focus on a few main characters.

I first ordered this series thru Amazon, and received dvds that played in other countries! Ugh! So I went local and purchased online with Best Buy. They were fast with sending the series out, and I could play it on my DVD in America! I will only order thru Best Buy on DVDs from now on!
