If you're reading this then I'm assuming you've seen the other 4 Seasons of Game of Thrones. This begs the question as to why are you reading a review for the 5th season? Just buy it. It's a fantastic season that leads up to some of the best episodes of the series and if you enjoy what you've watched so far then this season is not to be missed!

Love seeing the story continue to develop as the fourth season of GOT continues. So many twists and turns help keep me interested in the story and characters as we continue to see them develop and adjust to their new roles in the world. Can't wait to see what comes next with Tyrion and Jamie! The two most interesting and evolving characters in GOT.

This is one of my favorite TV shows, that I had to buy it so I can watch it anytime I want, and have Game of Thrones marathons! Between the intrigue and the plot twists, every episode has you on the edge of your seat every time! Just make sure you never pick a favorite character, that is a sure fire way to get them killed off!!!!! ;-)

Like all the previous releases of GoT on Blu-ray, this is an exceptional high definition copy of the series. Great video and sound quality for the serious video and audiophiles. Yes, streaming is the quick and convenient option nowadays but for those looking to get every bit out of their home theater system, this Blu-ray is a must buy!

Game of Thrones is one of the greatest shows of all time. Great characters, great story, action, and drama. Season 5 on Blu Ray has a great picture of course and tons of special features. Yes, most people stream their shows nowadays, but for hardcore fans, the only way to watch the awesome extra features is to buy the sets.

This show just seems to get better and better. In season 5 we now have the dragons growing up, a battle with whitewalkers, and a horrendous act of cruelty perpetrated by someone other than Joffrey. The season ending episode features a huge cliffhanger. This show is so good you will wish it was on 52 weeks a year! Highly recommended.

You get drawn in and cannot get away from binge watching this series. I find myself rooting for certain characters to win and some to lose and cannot wait for the next episodes to confirm or deny my assumptions on the state of each character that I have bonded with. Frustrating is when they kill off one of my favorites.

Read the books....have watched the entire series so far. An awesome story with multiple plot lines. I can't get enough of it because you never know what is going to happen in the HBO version. Have bought them all so far...absolutely no regrets. This is an on-going major motion picture with great acting, scenery, and effects.

This story is very gripping, mainly because the author randomly decides to kill the heroes, villains, bit parts and main characters. The production quality is very high, and the story is great, except that it's more non-ceremonious than any other story. Still, it's one of those shows where you have to see what happens next.

5th season of GoT does not disappoint. Simply put, if you are a fan of the show, you're gonna love it. The Battle of Hard Home is the standout moment of the season, besting the Blackwater battle of S2 easily. As for disc quality, it is identical to previous seasons, with menus, sound, and picture quality being identical.

what can i say. GOT is an all-time classic series. we were really hoping that a price break would be revealed on the entire series around black Friday and our patience was rewarded. we were able to complete our collection @ a great price!

In this set you get Blu-ray edition, which gives you a crispy image in your tv, the sound and menus are amazing, also it comes with videos of making "game of thrones". As a plus you get the digital copy so you can add it to your digital library and watch it anywhere you want (internet needed for this feature) .

I can not stop to watch until end of episode. Does John Snow really dead?, Sansa can escape from the evil husband ?, Arya - What is seeking in her journey ?, and some character get sad to die.... The story still not lost focus, but it already different the original novel. Just get wonder - how can be complete the series.

I try to buy the DVD/Blurays of the TV series that I really enjoy and I have every season of GOT. I recommend this series for a mature audience that enjoys this type of genre. Great story line, scenery and plenty of action with several sub-plots and a multitude of characters to follow. I suggest starting with Season One.

Season 5 content is of course very absorbing and difficult not to want to watch additional episodes. Buying the DVD version allows us to go back and to revisit earlier episodes to get details one may have missed. Happy that Best Buy had the DVD collections in stock and available for purchase when I visited the store.

As in past seasons, 5 is incredibly intertaining. I don't subscribe to HBO so I have to wait for the new release to be made available. The series is so addictive and compelling I have to set aside a whole day so I can do a marathon viewing. FYI that's approximately 559 minutes and that's not courting the bonus material.

As a fan of Game of Thrones, I could not wait to pick up my copy of Season 5. I bought the blue-ray edition with added behind the scenes extras. This series just keeps getting better and season 5 does not disappoint. The acting, action sequences, costuming and special effects make the show such a rich visual treat.

I really appreciate the dvd quality and the entire series has been bought through Best Buy. Package came in on time and it really impressived me to have found this item at a great price during the Black Friday sales. Definitely a must watch along with the entire seven seasons.

If you read the books you will love to see the characters come to live on screen. The story line is great and the special effects make you feel you walked into the book. I have seen all the seasons and plan and seeing them again. this is not for young children but adults the like fanticy will love it.

Hands-down the best show HBO has ever produced/shown on their network, arguably on TV, and Season 5 does not disappoint. Somehow, it just keeps getting better! Blu-Ray has amazing picture quality and Dolby Atmos sound! A must have if you a fan of the show and especially for the home-theater experience!!
