As always, a great adaptation of the book. I was impressed with the invented plot lines that advanced beyond the books current timeline. This was the information given to me by one of my sons who truly loves this series!

I didn't have cable or HBO for a long time so I missed out on watching this show when it originally played. I got these Bluray to catch up and I have been loving it! I can't stop binge watching the episodes!

This season is probably on of my favorite because it leads to huge events in the setup of the 6th season. I would heavily recommend buying if anyone plans on watching either whole marathons or just for memorabilia!

The Game of Thrones series is one of the best TV shows to date. Season 5 of the series is one of my favorite seasons with all its thrills and plots. Overall this was money well spent and a nice addition to my collection.

This season is getting me pumped for the next. I could probably review each season the same which is really good for shows that end up sinking around the 5th season. Plus the packaging is getting cooler too. Keep watching

Game of Thrones never fails to deliver and season 5 is no different. There are some changes from the source material but that is not unexpected. Season 6 has almost no material to work with so be prepared for a wild ride!

This is a great set. I bought it for a friend for his birthday. The packaging for this Blu-ray set was nice, the Blu-ray picture was great, and, of course, GOT season 5 was an amazing season.

Fans of the show need no intro but for those that have not yet taken the plunge, if you are into fantasy and war themed shows/movies this is a show you need to check you. The pacing is great and the acting is top notch.

Smart writing, brilliant performances, beautiful cinematography, and production design, great visual effects, and inspired direction combine to make yet another stellar and dark, harrowing season of the best show on tv.

This series just seems to get better and better. Unbelievable locations, terrific cast, interesting story lines and some absolutely shocking moments and unexpected plot twists. And some nice extra features on the DVDs.

Infringing surprises, and always a "I can't believe that" twist and turns. Alliances that each side knows can't be trusted. New characters always growing. GoT is the GOAT (Game of Thrones is the Greatest Of All Time).

Haven't made it through all the special features but I watch the episodes by themselves then with the commentaries then move on to the special feature segments. Nerd! This is by far the best show on television, to me.

I have been watching the series on DVD since being introduced to it by a co-worker about three years ago. I was excited when season 5 came out and ended up watching it in one marathon session. I couldn't turn it off!

As usual, you can't get too attached to any particular characters in this series, as no one is safe from the grim reaper. Great story, great imagery and if you like sub-plots galore, this TV series should be for you.

This is as good a series as I have ever watched. The cast is developed, the plots are imaginative and seamless, the CGI is outstanding, the cliffhangers just keep coming and coming..... I hope this story never ends.

We don't have HBO so we wait until the latest season of Game of Thrones comes out on DVD and we binge watch! I've read all the books. The books are better, but I still love the show. I highly recommend the series.

I always go to Best Buy for my entertainment purchases. They have the best price or if you find a lower price elsewhere then they will match it. Helpful staff always there to help find what you are looking for.

The best interaction is always between the Tyrean and the Lord Varis characters. Some very intense moments, must have dificult to film even with special effects. Definitely for GOT fans, will not disappoint.

What more is there to say other than, it's season 5 of game of thrones, and it's awesome. The disc set itself is really nice, cool coloring pattern and looks great with the other season discs all lined up.

The Game of Thrones is a great series. Great storie lines and a lot of twists and turns. You are always trying to guess who will win out and come out on top. If you are a fan this is a must for your collection.
