i can't get enough of games of thrones, I only wish the seasons would come out sooner

Best season yet but this season's discs are horrible compared to the previous seasons. Good thing I saw it at a friend's house before I opened mine. Will be returning it for the steelbook version instead. Hugely disappointed that HBO came out with this inferior quality.

I would not recommend this series to anyone. The only characters for whom one can feel any compassion are the animals; horses, dogs, wolves, birds and the dragons. I don't understand it's popularity at all.

Not happy at all I still have not received my set...

Last season we left off with Jon Snow dead, Cersei had been publicly humiliated by the ever-growing-powerful High Sparrow even as Cersei's daughter was murdered by the usurpers of Doreen, Arya Stark was blind and degenerated to a mere beggar, Daenerys was betrayed by the people of Mereen and escaped only to be left alone and captured by Dothraki (leaving Tyrian and Lord Varys in command of a very unsettled city of Mereen), Bran was alone with Hodor and another woman north of The Wall with no means of defending against the WhiteWalker horde, and Sansa Stark had barely escaped the clutches of the incredibly cruel Ramsey Bolton with Theon Grayjoy to try and hike out in the snow as the hounds chase them. This season reverses all that. I won't tell you how, you'll have to watch for yourself. But that awesome scene of Kit Harrington facing a wall of horses storming at him? Looked like CGI, right? Nope, there really were 40 horses charging right at Kit Harrington. This season is a perfect setup for the following battles for not only who leads Westeros, but who can survive to face the Whitewalker invasion. Recommended for the non-faint of heart!

Overall this set is great. As always the cover art defines the season. Things are starting to coming together in this one.

Season 6 is brilliant and impressive. I'm glad this coming out before the holidays. I'm big fan of the show.

Five EPIC Stars. "Game of Thrones", Season 6 is all about extending the storylines somewhat, tying up some long-running major loose ends that have gone on for entire past seasons, delivering some 'knockout' climatic scenes that are absolutely jaw-dropping, and an amazing and memorable battle, all of which set the plot landscape for Season 7.

On my opinion, the greatest TV show of all time back with another fantastic season that only seems to be getting better and better. For anybody that hasn't seen GoT, quit missing out and give the show a shot! I can't wait until summer with the release of the new season. Highly recommend!

The next season, of an intriguing and engrossing series, released in time for squirreling yourself in front of the tv on those cold winter days! Great series, great acting, great price!

I have read all the books that the series is based on. The books are great if you enjoy reading. I don't have cable so I wait and buy the DVD. Game of Thrones is a great series to watch.

One of the best shows of all time. HBO's release is top notch for video and audio quality, but the packaging is lacking compared to previous seasons and has fewer special features

As a reader of the books since 1997. They have done an amazing reimagining of the story not 100% to the books. It is definitely a fresh take and adaptation.

"Game of Thrones: The Complete 6th Season" continues to build towards a final showdown for the Iron Throne and against the White Walkers.

A great show in general, Season 6 is probably the best overall season yet. YOU MUST WATCH THIS!! Oh, and it is great on Blu-Ray.

Excellent follow up season to GoT. Series continues to "wow" with interesting plot twists.

I had to purchase season 6, since I think it is the best season yet of GOT. I can't wait for Season 7

Remains the best show on television and continues to throw major twists and turns at the audience.
