Along with the original "Twilight Zone", the "Star Treks" and "24"; "Game Of Thrones" is one of my all time favorite TV shows. Every season is well acted, tightly written and the production values are superb. The Blu-Ray box set of every season is nearly flawless.

"A girl has no name..." If you have not followed GOT, or have never seen it, this season will make you an instant fan. This show is so wonderfully written, the characters and sets are amazing, and the story lines always keep you guessing. See what all the fuss is about - you'll instantly be hooked!

It only gets gooder and gooder my dear fans. More twists, more games, and key characters steadily moving towards 'something.' Now already with 6 seasons under their belt, the show writers and producers have done an excellent job framing the various threads in Game of Thrones. There are still key differences however between the books and this live-action series.

If you are on season six, than you already know this show rules! So instead I will review this disk vs other options in store. The case is halographic and looks great! It is made out of cardboard and will bot stand up as well as special addition tin cases, but hey it was only 35$ The only complaint I have is the # of disks. There are only two episodes per disk, resulting in 5 disks. This is totally redundant and unnecessary. Other than that a total thumbs up!

Once the showrunners ran out of book material, the burden was extra thick to keep the series interesting and BOY HOWDY did they master that challenge. Insane dramatic developments in nearly every episode, culminating in the satisfactory solving of one of TV's biggest mysteries. George RR Martin has a lot to live up to now, if he ever does finish the next book.

Since I do not have a subscription to HBO, I have been purchasing the seasons as they have been released. I was highly anticipating this season release, as I had heard very good things from co-workers, but not enough to spoil the plots. I was not disappointed. I am only sorry that there will only be two more seasons and short ones at that, before it is over.

If you are a Game of Thrones fan, chances are you have seen this before purchasing. If not, then you have to see it. Season 6 was most likely the best season of the show. Due to the fact we have only 2 shortened seasons left (13 episodes over 2 seasons - unconfirmed at this time) the pace picked up and things began moving faster. A must see, in my opinion.

A dark take on familiar fantasy tropes. Game of Thrones is a breath of fresh air. Some may be turned off by HBO's constant insertion of nude scenes that don't really serve the plot at all, and that's a fair criticism. If you can look past that, you'll get an enthralling tale full of truly amazing performances (especially by Peter Dinklage!).

The dragons alone should be a good enough reason for anyone to want to see the show, because of how REAL they look!!! This season of the show has a lot going on, and I can't wait to see what's gonna happen next with everyone: Arya, Bran, & Sansa Stark, Jon Snow, Khaleesi & her dragons & her people, the White Walkers, Tyrion & Cersei Lannister, etc.

The anticipation for this season was huuuge! I could not wait for this season to come out to see what the writers had in store for some of my favorite characters, Hordo. It still is frustrating to lose one of my faves but I know they may be back. Once again, you cannot watch these episodes one at a time over several weeks or months, it is NOW.

This series continues to get better every year. Not looking forward to it ending next season. I am amazed at the battle scenes and the detail that goes into every single episode. I would recommend everyone go back and see the very first episode to watch all the little things that are missed and you will be surprised at what now makes sense.

If you're a Game of Thrones fan, then I don't need to tell you that this is an excellent drama series. Acting, sets, special effects, action; all excellent! But, this is not a series for the squeamish or easily offended. The Blu-Ray Set functioned perfectly, with easy control, and not a lot of that annoying "forced to watch" commercials before.

We are binging on 'GOT', I purchased the first two seasons and sadly the store was closed after midnight. We had to wait for the next day to get this plus the remaining seasons. We looked for max features like the commentary overlay to the shows so we could watch the episodes a second time and gain insights. This set was just right, loving it!

Purchased regular dvd in regular packaging to hit price point and was very very surprised at the beautiful interior packaging and presentation for the money. Adding to my ever growing collection. Season 6 is so important from a storyline continuation stand point. GET IT!

What can I say that a GoT fan doesn't know? If you don't know GoT, go to Season 1 first. But I must say that the audio and video quality of this set is a continuation of the fantastic audio and video quality of the previous sets. The extras are good and GoT never fails to disappoint. So tremendous A/V quality just makes this set worth it.

I love GOT, and own all the series on BluRay. This is the only set I have had any problems with as far as quality. Not sure if this a mistake in the original that they make DVD's from, or it is only present on BestBuy's version, but I bought the set and watched it. On the last disc there was a "glitch" in the sound on a scene with Daenerys talking to Tyrion. I returned the set to BestBuy and exchanged it for another set. The packaging was slightly different, the on screen graphics for menus was different, the download voucher for downloading to your own library was not included, and to top it off...the exact same "glitch" was present on the last disc??? Plan on exchanging it again to see if I can get one without the sound issue.

The packaging itself is sturdy and glossy, with a cover that unfolds to reveal the discs, which are stacked in an overlapping fashion. Admittedly, that makes it kind of difficult to, say, access disc 2 without first taking out disc 1, since the former is nested underneath and below the latter, but overall it’s a solid construction.

Think this was one of the best seasons, it was really enjoyable. Can not wait for season 7 to come out. I know some did not like it the episode with Ed Sheeran, but to be honest did know realize it was him until people starting trashing the scene. I liked it. But this review is about season 6th, so get it and you'll love it.

Good season, Good Episodes... Same level of special features that are in the other seasons of the show. Look it's season 6 of the show if you like the show odds are you are going to want to get this season. Cant say enough good things about this season since it finally feels like the show has some momentum and purpose again.

Wow, this has been a thought provoking edge of your seat roller coaster. I don't care for theme parks, but this is a must see ride of a lifetime movie. A friend of the family recommended this, and they didn't steer me wrong. I try not to get caught up in any desensitizing parts and keep it moving. You guessed it, waiting on season 7?
