It is no surprise that this series has gone through 6 seasons. Can't wait for number 7. I have purchased all 6 sets and the books. Anyone who missed this should get the DVD set and catch up. Beautifully filmed and acted. As good as any feature film. I saw it on HBO AND bought the disks. Great set.

unlike so many series that run out of viable material after the third season, GOT is maintaining a high level of interest in it's sixth season. Character development remains strong and only a few minor exceptions pace and story are holding up to a high standard. Well worth buying Bluray edition!

A really good season with some major turn of events. It has really left me anticipating the final stretch of this series. Picture and sound are amazing as usual for this show. The packaging is a bit flimsy but I like the design. I picked it up for about 30 bucks, which I thought was a steal.

Yes maybe there is some gratuitous nudity , crude language and violence to make the product ready for cable TV, but take this away and you have a fantastic show, story and characters, filmed and portrayed by a superb cast and crew. The show continues to be great. This season will not disappoint.

Game of Thrones is a great TV series based on a great book series. But you wouldn't be interested in buying the 6th season if you didn't already know that. I was upset that Best Buy did not continue their House Sigil exclusive packaging for the Bluray set. Great extras and excellent quality set.

Been wanting to get season 6 for sometime now. Got a great deal and very happy. Do not have HBO, but did rent season 6 and had to have it. Can wait for Season 7. Did watch the Free HBO first season of 7th which I loved. Season 6 is one of the better season I think. Enjoy if you purchase.

I normally just get the regular DVD as opposed to Blu Ray. I went with the Blu Ray because it has exclusive additional content. This was a gift for my husband and he is such a big fan, I knew he'd want the extra features. Definitely worth the additional $5 I paid vs the regular DVD

The show that has improved year after year, continues to impress even the hardcore viewer. Winter is coming, alliances are formed, and even those that thought their fate to be sealed receive well sought after victories. One of the most satisfying chapters in this 'Song of Fire and Ice.'

This entire series is amazing and breathtaking. Season 6 has the best, longest and most brutal battle scene ever on TV. The season cost 100mil to make. This was a monster and A MUST SEE

I love the books, read them long before I was able to watch the show. It was great to see where the story is headed, who lives and dies, and how close we are to the unification or decimation of the kingdoms. I'm patiently awaiting season 7 Blu Ray release so I can see what happens next...

The extras in this set make it all worthwhile. No fancy box or art like the last ones in the series. Not sure why but I would have liked to have stayed with the house sigil theme in my collection. If you have the others, might as well get this too for reviewing at your own personal speed.

the sixth season picks up the pizzaz as the first four. the only gripe i have is the deaths of alot of characters, and the way they were killed off. the season is known for one of the most satisfying deaths in the shows history.

Season six of Game of Thrones was a great continuation of the series. The acting was wonderful and the scenes were created and were unbelievable. The cations you can bring up like in the whole series are great. They let you keep track of all of the characters and the multiple storylines.

It was interesting to see the comeback of some old characters and the development of some of the regulars. My wife and I really enjoyed this season and went through all of the episodes in two sittings. As always there were some real surprises. We can't wait for the next season.

I mean, this whole series is fantastic. My husband and I have been watching faithfully from the beginning and couldn't wait to get season 6 on blu-ray. We have the entire series on blu-ray and are impatiently awaiting the final season with high hopes and expectations. Winter is Coming.

I'm a GoT junkie & this season on blu-ray was especially impressive. The series looks great in hi-def & it includes the Atmos 7.1 soundtrack which really works well with hi-tech sound systems! I was also pleased to see it was released several months earlier than the last 5 seasons!

The Game Of Thrones 6th Season blu-ray discs bring another surprising season to life in our living room. An extra bonus that I really like is that the Game Of Thrones blu-rays include an iTunes download. That means the blu-ray discs stay safely in the box while I enjoy GOT on Apple TV.

I read the books, so have been a fan before the TV series came out. Have been very impressed on how great a job the show has done in capturing the intrigue of the books. Also enjoy the divergence from the books which was necessary because of the complexity of the written form.

I consider myself an avid collector. I buy all my G.O.T seasons at Best Buy and I currently own 1 through 6. I bought them on DVD because my Upscaling Sony XBR TV and 4k Bluray player (Both Also purchased at Best Buy :) makes anything on DVD look more like bluray quality!

Excellent lives up to its preicessors. I cannot really say much more because I do not want to spoil anything for anyone who doesn't get HBO and relies on dvd releases to get their fix. Break out the popcorn and your favorite beverages as you are in for a ride of binge watching.
