Some great action sequences yet again but that finale is just plain awful.

Having purchased all seven previous seasons of the Game of Thrones, this 8th season DVD set was a "must have" for me. TV series this well written are few and far between. Since George R. R. Martin did not yet finish the written books, I assume the story-lie of the series followed what he planned.

LOVE this! Currently rewatching the series again beginning to end. And always going to bed later than intended (“I’ll just watch one more “) Always something new you didn’t catch previously.

i know this season disappointed a lot of fans but i still found it enjoyable and engaging with its narrative. i could be nit picky but in all honesty every great show has had a somewhat disappointing finale because its incredibly hard to write an ending for something that doesn't end, time...

The “Game of Thrones” finale may have achieved a strange feat: Aiming for fan service while being constrained, by its very nature, to the reality that it would end up pleasing only very few.

I got this for my mother in law as a gift. It’s her favorite show and she was really happy to get it. I would’ve given 5 stars but when we opened the packaging to play a disc, the plastic holders for The discs were broken so the discs were sliding freely in the box which was disappointing.

Although many loyal fans of Game of Thrones were unhappy with the final season, I enjoyed watching it. One of the complaints was that some big battles were hard to see because of them being filmed at night. The answer is to turn off all the bright lights in the room.

We all know the writers checked out when they finished the series, but if you want to complete your series collection, its not the worst thing to own this. At least there is the Long Night episode...

Good not great for the last season. Wish it had more of an explosive ending. Video appears darker than the TV format. Maybe just didn't add up to my expectations, but now I have the complete set.

Great season. Its not as good as the prior season but episode 2 and 5 make up for it. If you get a chance to se the behind the scenes of how it was done its worth it and makes the long night even more impressive.

This season of Game of Thrones was on sale, which made it a better deal. I love the cover and the Steelbook it comes in. The magnet looks great and is a perfect addition for any collectors out there. The quality is great, and you can't beat the extra digital redemption it includes.

Not the best season but you got to see the end so I got it anyway.

Hated the way they ended it but needed this to complete the series

Overall such a disappointing final season to my favorite tv show.

While I know many fans weren't happy with the way this series ended, I thought it was well done. This is in spite of the fact that the show runners had make up the plot given that there wasn't any book source material to refer to. Bonus material available for all formats.

What an end to a historic series. The Eight and last season seemed rushed to me. More storylines could have been fleshed out but understanding that all good things must come to an end... don't want to give anything away...but i'm going to study to be a faceless man

There was a lot of controversy over this season but the fact remains it’s an outstanding show and packs tons of entertainment value. The price is great for what you get. Have the magnet on my fridge in the man cave, and enjoy having digital copy for when I’m traveling.

I have nothing else to say about this addition to My 1 thru 7 box set, except the case isnt the same size as the box set, but Hey, I could care less about azthetics when the set is now complete and in no way hinders My Binge Watching, and besides "Winter Is Coming"!

Reserving for my upcoming vacation for marathon .....looks good

Final season of Game of Thrones. I waited to purchase until the 4K UHD version became available. Only Season 1 is also available in 4K UHD there is a slight improvement over the Blue Ray format. Unless your really looking for it it's hard to tell the difference.
