An almost realistic portrayal of life in the Middle Ages. Some facts need checking again! But, for mass media TV it is well enough made to be believable. Well done.

Season 1 was great. A little slow in establishing the world of Westeros, but overall a great foundation.

The season that started it all, let's just get to it. Watch it. No seriously, if you watch more episodes after the first you'll be hooked. I was the guy who wanted to see what all the fuss about( about 2 years ago) and then I was a part of it. Yea this show isn't for everybody, which is perfectly fine. But moreover than not you'll like it.

4K looked very good for game of thrones. Love that is in full screen rather than having the 2 black bars. Audio is super spot on too.

The tabs inside were broken so I was afraid the discs we're damaged

The first season follows closely along the plot line of the first book in Martin's series. The extras are good not great, but those who read the books will enjoy them.
