I watched the first season on HBO and bought the season on Blu-ray as soon as it came out.... couldn't be happier.. the quality is great and got it for a good price!... this is a fantastic show and the extras on the Blu-ray set were really cool... a must have for any fan of the show!

As good as the books. The shows writers do an amazing job transferring George RR Martins writing into an amazing TV experience. ive turned so many of my friends and coworkers onto this amazing show. just bought the first season for my parents, and even they love it.

This is probably one of the Best television series ever made, not just for HBO. The writing is superb. Close enough to the books, that there shouldn't be much complaining. Remember, there are only 10 episodes at 50 minutes each. They can't fit everything in.

I was not a fan before I watched 1 episode on HBO (later in the second season) during a free preview weekend. I was hooked! If you like to watch fantasy medieval shows or movies, this one is for you! The Blu-ray brings the colors to life. Awesome!

This is the best series I have ever seen. I just recently starting watching in the last 2 years. I'm glad I could binge all those episodes. By far the best season is the first. Love, love Ned Stark and his morals and values.

This show is my favorite! You have to watch the first season to understand all the intricate details of the show. I don't subscribe to HBO. I'd rather buy the blu ray discs so I can watch it anytime I want to!

Very enjoyable in every regard. A warning to those uncomfortable with some violence it can be down right gory at times but the moments are brief. Great plot, fantastic cinamatography work, great actors. CAN'T WAIT TILL THE NEXT SEASON!!

One of the best shows on TV right now. Awesome acting, writing, special effects, and even camera angles. No one is safe just because they're a main character. Lots of nudity and violence. Not for kids or even teenagers.

"Winter is coming." This is one of the best shows currently on TV along with Mad Men, and Walking Dead. The audio and video are some of the finest available on blu-ray and the extras will keep you occupied for hours.

I Finally gave in to watching this show after all my friends told me over and over again to watch it. Kind of disappointed I didn't watch from when it first aired. So addicting.

What a great Xmas present! I bought for my Mom, who hasn't seen this series. Tell you no lies, she loved it. She can't wait to finish watching season 1 and buy season 2.

Pick this up. The blu-ray is fantastic and show is great story telling. amazing they can pack so much into 10 episodes. this blu-ray comes with the VUDU which is great to have on the go.

This show is excellent. The acting is phenomenal and keeps you at the edge of your seat. The show is not predictable and the story keeps you guessing on what will happen. Highly recommend.

I am caught up on HBO but wanted to own the full series. This is my favorite show on TV. I bought this on sale for a great deal. Great addition to my blue-ray collection.

Took me a few episodes to really get into it. That's only because the setup for the story line is so deep. Once they set everything up for you...it's on.

I don't have HBO, however, a friend recommended this series to me after we discussed Rome. Bought season 1 without ever watching an episode. Heading back to buy season 2.

bought this as a Christmas gift for someone on my list. They loved it. They actually finished it in two days. They're are now looking to buy the other seasons.

I've read the books, and waited to watch the series. I can honestly say that the production does the book justice. It has everything for everyone!
