This show is awesome, decided to order the first season to see what all the hype was. Watched all ten one hour episodes in two days, and immediately ordered the second season. Which also lasted me two days lol. Now I've watched all for seasons and have decided to read the books cause I can't wait all the way to April to get my next fix. Tyrion Lannister rocks...

Game Of Thrones has been nothing but intriguing. Leaving wanting more and not wanting to wait for the following weeks new episode or for that matter start of the next season. A must see, from season one to the current season. One of the few series lasting more than 3 seasons that I've ever bothered with purchasing every single season set.

I've wanted to get into GOT for a while but never had the opportunity to so once I saw this set on sale for $10 I knew I had to finally purchase it and I have no regrets! The packaging is beautiful and sturdy and something I'm not ashamed to keep out on display. Quickly becoming one of my favorite shows and well worth the price of purchase.

So no question if you are a fan of the show you want to pick this up. The picture quality improvements moving to the 4K format are impressive to say the least. It is almost like watching the series again from scratch! Very happy and VERY much look forward to the must buy future seasons coming in 4K!!

It's an HBO show so of course there will be violence and nudity but the amount of drama, action, twists and turns with the plot lines... geez. All I can say is that it doesn't necessarily follow along with the books and don't get attached to too many characters! This specific edition of the season 1 comes with a collectable dragon egg too!

Enjoyed even though I had read books. I was afraid that the huge number of characters in the book would be hard to keep track of in the film version but a booklet helps keep track of the families. Exotic names can be a problem but the booklet helps there too along with a map. Nothing good on TV? Pop in a disk and watch but it will be hard to stop.

GOT Season one blu-ray is a sight for the eyes and an experience for the ears. Not only do you get a quality program in GOT, but HBO has done a magnificent job in mastering a product that blows the cable version away. And, if you have it, the Dolby Atmos soundtrack provides a phenomenal sound matrix! Sit back and enjoy!

I absolutely LOVE this show!!!! Great casting and acting. It's the type of show that keeps you on your toes, you never see stuff coming. The storylines (there are multiple) are quite original. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a show that has it all: money, power, politics, revenge, love, betrayal, supernatural...

I purchased the Game of Thrones: The Complete First Season [5 Discs] (DVD) set during Black Friday and it arrived at my door within a few days! After watching it for the first time, I'm literally hooked on this series as it has many twists and turns in the story line and was made to be very realistic!! Great movie series!!

Wow this a great set, the blu rays look great and the show is fantastic, it had me from that first scene! This is a great set with the blu rays and digital downloads and it looks and sounds great. If you love the show you'll love this set of blu rays and then you can watch it where ever and whenever you want!

Game of Thrones is one of the best series on TV. This first season set the tone for the entire series, showing that anything can happen to anyone at any time. The digital transfer is stunning. Picture and sound are both reference quality, crystal clear. Extras are great, lots of commentaries and behind the scenes featurette. A must watch.

I love steel book cases for Blu-rays, and this one is very nice. There are several discs in the case, so getting them in and out can be tricky, but worth the care to keep them in good shape. The digital copy that came with it made the price acceptable. The magnet that comes with it is cute and looks nice on my fridge.

I enjoyed the show from the first episode. I even enjoyed in a way the last season. That being said, I have never purchased the dvd or bluray discs. I truly was waiting for the 4K versions. It didn't didn't disappoint. The 4K edition is a must have.

What can I say? I binge watched the whole season then went and bought season 2 and then season 3. I had already seen these three but I have not yet seen 4 or 5. Eventually I will get around to watching them with commentary on (that is usually a lot of fun). Bluray is so much more that picture; the sound is awesome!

Purchased around the holidays at a wonderful price! Bought as a gift for my father-in-law to start the series and begin his addiction. Game of Thrones is AMAZING! This product was great quality, as expected.

My wife and I have DVR'd all 7 seasons from HBO on Demand and we have watched it at least six times on our Samsung 65" 4K UHD TV. The 4K Ultra Blue-Ray DVD offers a slight visual upgrade from the DVR versions. We can't wait until all seven seasons are released in this format!

This show is AWESOME!!! When “Game of Thrones” first started, I didn’t understand what all of the hype was about. Now I get it... So glad that I finally gave it a chance, and I can’t wait to watch all of the other seasons.

I came about this series when I got HBO and I think 4 seasons had already aired. This season was so totally cool, there were odd creatures and the scenery was unbelievably beautiful. Lots of mini stories in each episode of all the different kingdoms. Not for kids as there is a lot of nudity. Really nice show.

I was very happy with this buy. I bought season one on limited time sale. I wanted to watch the first season and decided if I liked the HBO series. Not hooked yet, but I did buy the season season. I do enjoy the quality of the show, and the ability to watch on line with the digital copy on this version

This show was running for 2-3 years before I bought the DVDs and found out what all the fuss was about. The production value and quality of each episode of this show is comparable to a feature length movie. Buy it now and let yourself be drawn into this unique world of heroes, villains, good and evil.
