For those who have never watched the show or those who have been tempted to start buying this is a good time. The Blu-ray contains the history and lore feature, which is helpful to understand all the back stories of the various characters and houses of the show.

Game of Thrones is a beautifully filmed and wonderfully acted show. It has plenty of action and intrigue, but can require a lot from the viewer to keep track of the many plot lines, characters and locations. Parents should beware as much of its content is not suitable for children.

GoT is one of the best shows in the last couple decades. Although this wasn't shot natively in 4k, the remaster is very noticeable to me. Dark scenes come through much crisper than they do over HBO. Can't wait for the rest to come out in 4k

I've been meaning to start watching GoT for ages. I'm thrilled I finally did because it does not disappoint !! I've heard a lot of hype about this series and, as far as I'm concerned, it lives up to it !! Wonderfully done. Intrigue, imagery, action !!

Game of Thrones has become one of my favorite shows. I had held off on buying them and now that they have steelbook editions I'm glad I did! The steelbooks feature images from the opening sequence on the cover as well as a sigil magnet for the larger houses portrayed.

Glad to get as a box set at such a bargain price. the first season for under $10. They had such great deals for Black Friday thru Christmas. Wish I had known about this earlier. Great show!! Now I have purchased the box set will all 5 seasons. Can't wait to see more.

despite its poor ending (season 8) the show itself regardless is very good. season 1 is a great start. it starts the show off in peace time (take notes Star Wars)... and introduces you great to the characters

Extraordinary detail and wonderful sound on this 4K presentation. Now the best way to watch this show, the package also includes an iTnues 4K digital code that is also fantastic.

Game of Thrones is an incredible series and all seasons are amazing in scope and character development. The fantasy elements are intriguing, but the driving force of interest is watching how far people would go for their own ends without a measure of control.

The first season of Game of Thrones may be the best of all the seasons. The Blu-ray version is far superior to DVD. Highly recommended entertainment for years to come.

They don't get any better than this, except for more Game of Thrones seasons. The Blu-ray provides great picture and sound. The acting is excellent and the storylines will keep you enthralled. Buy Game of Thrones for the experience of a lifetime.

This television show is the best tv series I have ever seen. I think that it is a must buy especially if you're a fan of the series. The additional commentary and footage make it easier to follow the storyline. I could watch these episodes over and over now that I own the discs.

Competitive price. Haven't watched product yet. Content-wise, the awards and reviews from TV-watchers convinced me to make purchase. I thought I would like the series based on those. All other seasons would have same review.

This has got to be one of the best TV series I have ever seen. It is very well acted as evidenced by the 7 Emmy awards it has won so far. The book series it is based on is also a NY Times best seller. I recommend this series to all adults as it is not appropriate for children.

The quality of this show is already pretty well established. And this 4K Dolby Vision release of the first season is very impressive from both the audio and visual standpoint. A very worthy upgrade.

We do not get HBO so this was our only way to watch GOT. I have heard everyone talking about this show and now I know why. Awesome. That is all I can say. I cannot get enough. As soon as we get done with the last episode I will be buying season two.

This show has so many twists, and you never see them coming. And there are always so many things happening that could tale the show another direction. You will find yourself cheering on certain characters one episode, only to change it up a few episodes later. Love it!

This is an awesome series I just started watching this about 2 months ago and I'm hooked I love this limited edition blu ray steelbook its definitely better then the regular blu ray version. if your a game of thrones fan I would definitely recommend this.

I kept hearing about GOT and started watching it. There is a lot of vilence and intrigue. It can be hard to know who is doing what to who. I like the blu ray version and would like to see it on a 4k. I would highly recommend this.

This is a great tv show! Definitely for a slightly older crowed and not very small children though. It has something for everyone to like in it. From action, to adventure, to romance. You never know where the next adventure will lead.
