I have read the books and I think HBO has done an awesome job staying true to the books as possible. The BluRay set also includes the DVDs and digital copy. Digital copy is very nice because I can enjoy the series on the go.

Missed seeing the first three seasons, so have purchased the sets. Have not read the books. Enjoy the imagination of the Director and Costume Designers. Good, strong, actor characters. Anxious to watch the next season.

Game of Thrones is an awesome series (But not worth $35.00) for each season. Now I knew that if I waited long enough that they would go on sale.... Had to buy it since HBO dose not release it to NetFlix

I didn't start watching this until the 5th season was over. It starts a little slow but man once it gets going, hold onto your hats. About 3 episodes into season 4 now. Glad i decided to give this a shot.

Decided to get into GOT since the whole galaxy told me to watch it. Binged all seasons over a month and a half and became a fan. Great STEELBOOK with magnet. If you missed out on this to bad:(

Friends said that you have to watch game of thrones, it is awesome. I said that I'll give it a look, great writing, good effects, and beautiful women, what's not to like. Not for kids, mature themes and so be careful.

Many twists and unexpected story arcs. Great show. Very addicting. A documentary of life when life really sucks. Death is around every corner and weirdness is not far away. Dany target an is a my favorite

Actually backfilling this on blu-ray and giving away my DVD set. Fasten your seatbelt and pay attention - lots of different story threads and surprises. Can't wait to see how it ends.

I read all the books and wanted to know if the video series was as breathtaking. It was and more so. The characters and scenery looked very much as I pictured it while reading.

I was late getting into the Game of Thrones series, but it grabbed me immediately. This series really must be owned since viewing over and over is neccessary to capture all the intricate details.

Do not buy the 4K, I have all the seasons on Blu-ray and the 4K season one did not look any better

Game of Thrones is one of the most popular shows around for good reason. Production values, cast, writing, epic scale, nothing else can compare. Fantasy for everyone, accessible, addictive, an instant favorite.

My brother suggested that what ever it was that I was watching STOP and watch this; he was spot on, one of hte best series from anyone that I've seen. Can't wait to continue through the whole series of seasons.

Season one of Game of Thrones is by far one of he best seasons of any show. Pace is never too fast nor is it too slow. Stellar writing, directing, and acting by all involved with the show.

This is the best TV show ever made. I had to see what all the fuss was about. Once I started watching these series I couldn't stop. Now I'm finishing watching the season 5 and can't wait for season six.

Loen the 1 st series....lots of great action ...gonna finish this last one then buy the 2nd series

The first season consist of 10 episodes. I had to see it in its best quality on Blu-Ray. The show is exciting period! Entertain and be entertain. This is one you definitely need in your collection.

The series encompasses several kingdoms which interact between them creating an interesting and evolving theme. Killing players off creates lovable and hated characters which in turn keeps one glued to the series.

This was a fantastic value for $20. It does not come with as much included as the full-priced version, but it's impossible to pass up at $20! Hopefully future seasons will have a discounted version as well.

I've been wanting to see Game Of Thrones since it first aired, but I never had the chance until I purchased the bluray versions of it at Best Buy for a great price. Really good series!!!
