This was my third set , the first set the episodes 6,7,8, were glitched and unwatchable , the next two sets were missing actual discs , was able to find a disc from the prior set . The actual watchable set looks and sounds amazing however have not obviously watched all the seasons as of the time of this review . Therefore I'm apprehensive as to the actual quality of the whole set. Never the less quality control at the site of production of these 4K blue ray sets is highly questionable .I feel they rushed to get these out before Black Friday and the holidays .Good Luck !

The digital codes don’t seem to play in the right order

I was really disappointed to find that there was a lot of delete Part on this movie. We're the money you pay for this movie and 4K for for a $165 at or yes and you pay for this movie I was very disappointedIf you're thinking about buying this movie please do not buy it you're gon to be very disappointed when you see it that is missing a lot of scenes. I explained it to the manager at Best Buy mark's AvenueExplaining to him that it was missing a lot of scenes all the scenes that I want to return it and get my money back I told him he could look at the movies I got town word scenes were missing he refused to look at it and said that once I opened it it was mine but I told them if I didn't open it how would I know what was missing he said too bad

The series is great. Finding DVDs with smudges on them that don't play which was purchased as new is not good. I used a disk cleaner to remove most of the smudge to continue watching the series so don't have a picture.

This amazes me. I ordered a movie and a box set both 4k on Wednesday and paid for two day delivery to get it by festivus. Then on Thursday I ordered an Apple Watch n beats flex earphones with regular free delivery both on my BB card. For some reason the watch and earbuds came today and the movies are for some reason in horsham Pennsylvania. Both item s where shipped out Kentucky for another unknown reason since I live in New Jersey. Also I have no idea why the movies are in horsham when there’s Philadelphia and Atlantic City airports that the Shipper flys to both. Just horrible service

All disks worked and played great except for season 6 disk 3 episodes 7-9. All that happened when I put that one in my 4k blu ray player is a black screen and noises from the disk drive. I even attempted to try it on a separate 4K blu ray player and same thing happened. Pretty disappointed as the picture and sound is absolutely amazing on these bad boys. Best buy right your wrong and replace my defective disk.

Good uhd blueray dvds with high quality and packaged cost

The 4K discs are awesome. The digital code is not redeemable in 4K. It is HDX. I had to spend another 60.00 to upgrade my digital code from HDX to UHD. Very dissapointing.

Purchased this item as a Christmas gift. My husband finally got around to watching the series and these discs are all glitchy. Freeze up off and on requiring restart. Do not purchase these thinking they are high quality because they are not. Overall the cases are poorly made, the menu within the disc isn't user friendly. I do not recommend these poor quality discs.

There is a 1/2” gouge/scratch on disc 2 episodes 4-6, season 7. The disc cannot be read by the Sony player past the opening menu. Can’t play the disc. It was a good series up til then. Just now getting to season 8 so way past return time. I guess any series one buys must be checked every disc. Play the entire collection all at once to make sure they play……..have fun

Season 1 Disc 2 froze and lost audio during episodes 5 and 6. Lost last 5 mins of episode 6. Season 1 Disc 3 won't play at all. "ERROR - Cannot play this disc. The disc does not meet the specifications." This would not play on a Samsung or a Panasonic 4K player. Returning this to BB tomorrow!

Terrible quality control. Some discs either freeze while watching or don't play at all. Some discs have scratches on them as well. Other than that the picture quality and sound is fantastic when they work.

Dont buy disks from Best buy unless or at least make sure to watch everything the moment you buy it or else if you wait to long and find out the disks are un readable (5 in this set were un-readable) they will not provide any replacements or support Not a single scratch on them, just random episodes corrupted or not playable

As others have stated, had issues with a couple of discs freezing and not being able to play

The disks appeared to be in good condition and free of the damage issues that others mentioned, but the set included 2 copies of the 1st season and no copy of the 7th season.

I have the collection on Blu-ray already but decide to get this one in 4K and Digital copy but no where to find the code for my digital copy. Will be returning or exchanging this one.

Too many damaged disks. For the price I was expecting something of good quality from Best Buy. Seems like others are having the same problem. Stay away or check every disk within the return period.

The first few seasons simply don't work. Period. Stop selling this to people.

Digital download is not in 4K. I used movie anywhere for the download.

Does not play on any dvd/blue ray player. Contacted the support team and they were useless. Said I couldn’t return product because it was open. Don’t purchase this or any other product from Best Buy EVER!!!!
