Buyers beware

I gave this a 1 star cause I had to return it for an exchange cause season 1 disk 2 didn't work and on the exchange season 2 disk 2 also didn't work and I am going to see about another exchange and hope 3rd time is the charm. The only explanation is they didn't verify that all the disks worked before they were packaged.
