he loves this show so I bought it as a gift. if hes happy then 5 stars. I hear great things about this show but I never got around to watching it and most likely never will

I cannot explain to you how excited I was to watch this show. I waited all season (I like to watch the episodes consecutively) for the Blu-ray to come out. I had zero problems with any of the discs. Highly recommend!!

Game of Thrones season 3 is great. It is an emotional roller coaster towards the end and ties in nicely with the previous seasons. Strong plot with foreshadowing that will leave you anticipating what will happen next.

If you haven't watched Game of Thrones you need to. Quickly. It is amazing. I was able to get this on launch day at Best Buy on Blu-Ray with a digital copy and DVD copy for $29.99. If you can find it under $50 BUY IT

I have both season 1 and season 2 of this show, so naturally, I have to own all the seasons. Love the picture in blue ray!!!! If your a GOT newbie, you need to watch the first 2 seasons, but if your not, BUY IT!!!!!!

This is such a great series for anyone that loves ancient history with a twist of fantasy. Who doesn't love dragons, white walkers and characters with mythological/magical talents? Fantastic set/costumes and effects!

This season is ridiculously intense, with such monstrous character changes and plot twists that you easily forget that this series was always based in the premise that no main character is ever safe from elimination.

One of the most intense episodes happens in this season, unfortunately I watched that episode right before I went to bed. Awesome season of an awesome series! Season 4 NEEDS to come out tomorrow (I don't have HBO)

I really liked the new packaging for season 3 of GOT. You got to pick your favorite family. This is an awesome series especially if you like dragons and long ago times. Would recommend this series to adult viewers.

I love the best buy exclusive sets, because of the collectible packaging. This last set of game of thrones also came with the ultraviolet copies so I can enjoy the complete series on the go off of my vudu account.

Without giving anything away, there are twists, turns and dead ends as well as a number of new paths started. If you have watched the previous seasons you will understand what I mean. If you have not, get to it.

I recommend Season 3 of G.O.T. The story is entertaining and the character development continues to get more interesting thanks to some great screenwriters and actors. The Blu-ray quality is excellent as well.

I really enjoyed the point of view stories. Even if you don't care for a character, there is another you will likely identify with. Don't get too attached to anyone because someone significant dies each season .

Since I don't have HBO, and I loved the books, it only made sense to buy season 1 and give it a watch. Well, I've now bought season 2 & 3 and LOVE them. Having them on DVD allows me to watch them whenever I want.

The new season is starting and I heard a lot of chatter so I bought the first season, and then the second and third. Binge watched all three seasons and can't wait to buy the next two.

Love GOT and the DVD does not disappoint. I get to watch all the episodes as much as I want and see how one of my favorite shows is made. Love all the commentary from the actors. RUSH out and get this great show.

I love this series, there are several different plot twists, the acting is good, most if not all of the characters are flawed making the line between good & bad blurred. I always look forward to the next season.

A wonderful show that I wish that I could go and visit or explore as if it was a real place and not just made up, but that's why they create such shows like this, to fantasize about and wanting to being in them.

time for the 3rd season of the show which in my opinion is done very well compared to the books it can be a big graphic for young children as were the first two seasons definately a more mature audience required

As usual, HBO does a great job packaging the Game of Thrones series. For someone who doesn't have cable, GoT DVD launch day doesn't come soon enough, and Best Buy always delivers with the best prices available!
