Best Buy subcontracted the installation with a Sacramento-based vendor. The tech who came out didn’t seem to know what he was doing and admitted this was the first disposal he’d ever put in. The next morning my kitchen was flooded with water. I called and told vendor what happened and he said he would be right out to fix problem. He came and said he fixed it, but the next day both my kitchen and family room were flooded, causing my laminate floors to buckle. I called again, the vendor returned and worked on it again and got very upset/rude when I told him that I wanted my floors to be fixed. I am still waiting for a resolution and am very, very unhappy. Best Buy is saying the vendor is responsible for taking care of it, but I purchased and paid for this at Best Buy and I think they need to be driving this with the vendor, NOT me.

The staff showed up on time. They were friendly and they handle the install quickly. It did not leak after they departed.

The same person that installed my dishwasher also did the disposal. They worked with me to just have the installed do everything at once. I love that customer satisfaction.

The Garbage Disposal was not installed properly Had to call 4 times to get the replacement installed was told someone would get back to me about scheduling someone to call out to check it 3 times Eaxh time promising a call back each time failing to do so. Really disappointing especially because im a Total Tech Member

Professional workers installed my new garbage disposal (and removed my old one). They made the task look easy and got the job done fast.

Was able to order everything scheduled the installation and paid on line. Excellent communication and service from the installer.

The first installer left screws untightened and a leak caused some damage. The second installer fixed the leak but left an electrical code violation that quickly caused a short. We hired our own electrician to fix the last problem. Best Buy lost money on the TotalTech free installation. Not unexpectedly free installation is no longer included.

Tech showed up on time, did his job well. Fully operational when he left.
