It took me four tries to get Best Buy's agent to deliver this to me. I had to spend hours waiting and hours on the phone to get it installed finally.

Something I don't want to do and Best Buy installs for a fair price

I have reached out to your citrus park DM Michael via email and never got a response. my entire experience with your company was a nightmare. You all don’t care at all. I’ve filled out several of these things and NOTHING in response. Your installers are lacking in experience and caused issues. To answer your next question: NO I will NOT recommend you to friends as they are aware of it all.

Having already been charged $119.95 to install a new garbage disposer, BB authorized the installer, without consulting me first, to charge an additional $85 to install a plug needed to connect it. My wife was present and when told about the charge believed she had no recourse, i.e., take-it-or leave-it, so she reluctantly agreed. When I found out about it and called to complain, BB breezily advised me to stop payment on the check my wife wrote to the installer. Not helpful. I have no problem compensating the installer for the extra parts and labor, but I believe BB should have absorbed the additional charge. This is precisely what they did when I purchased a new refrigerator in 2018 and heard the same installer say there would be a $100 extra charge to install a water line to supply the ice maker. When I resisted, the installer called BB, handed me the phone, and I protested the charge, In a flash, BB agreed to absorb it. When I told the rep about this, she said, "Well, our policy's changed." Mine, too: From now on I'll shop elsewhere.

I am informed that it needs additional plumbing tools only when installers arrived.. it will good to have some headsup on plumbing ..

I am no handyman, so the installation service, while not cheap, was definitely worth it.

I had to wait 2 weeks from the purchase date of my garbage disposal for an installation date. My installation date was cancelled by installer due to weather and rescheduled a week and a half later, so now we are 30 days into my return period for this item and I just received it. The day after installation when I used the garbage disposal it leaked and once I discovered it I had to schedule yet another appointment for the installer to come back and correct the issue. The appointment is tomorrow and fingers crossed they install it correctly. This has not been a good experience so far. This is the first time I have used Best Buy to for in home installation and could be the last

The guys were respectful. However, we’ve had nothing but problems since the install. It’s not the disposal. It’s plumbing issues that weren’t there prior to the install and now are.

Installation was very quick & professional looks good.

They did not show up for schedules install. I ook day off and waited only to be called and told they had delivery problem.
