Wish I could give it less than 1 star. The installers forgot to take the cap off of the garbage disposal when they installed it. I couldn't use my diswasher for over a week before of their error. This was the second installation attempt for the garbage disposal because I was sold the wrong garbage disposal the first time. The dishwasher was also installed by the you and it was a nightmare!

The worse experience ever!!! When item was sold to me i purchased installation. Continues delays with multiple rescheduling for the delivery of this item. Finally after delivering I was told that installation will cost me additional 600$ …..

I love Best Buy product and store. The repair of appliances is terrible. They installed a garbage disposal. A leak then happened which destroyed y cabinet and I paid $490 fo a real plumber to come reinstall it properly. I would never use them again.

This install never happened but the product was returned and BB will not credit the installation or removal charge even though I explained this on the phone and online. Instead I get threatening messages about credit if I don’t pay the bill. I normally don’t just give companies money for no product or service.

I am utterly disappointed. I purchased this back in May, had it installed incorrectly in June and since then multiple installers have come out and stated they don't have the tool to fix it. I've several Best buy numbers to remedy the situation and nothing gets done. It is now July and My kitchen is still not functional. I'm also missing a microwave and the new garbage disposal is leaking every where.

Okay this was a waste of time and money. We paid them to come out but when they did that’s when they informed us that they could only install a garbage disposal when there was already an existing one.

Juan was the person that installed our garbage disposal. He was very rude and arrogant. He did not do a good job!! One of the black pipes is now leaking and the top nut is busted from when he changed the garbage disposal. I called to have them come out to fix it but they told me that Juan was coming like three weeks later. I do not want him back here, so now I have to pay someone else to come and fix his mess.

Installed the disposal fine, I had to get a plumber to finish it, as the drain pipe was now not lined up

The person installed it wrong and it leaked under my cabinet 1 day later. This ruined things under my cabinet. They sent the same person back out and he still did not know what he was doing. He messed it up so bad that we are now 2 weeks later waiting to get another one installed.

The people that came to do the install, werent qualified to do it, even questioned themselves during installation. Also after it was done, it started leaking everywhere. I had to call a plumber to come in and fix this mess. Believe these were delivery guys.

worst install experience I have ever had... they said they weren't the install crew.. had to reschedule... the Same two guys who delivered it showed up to install it... just awful

The product is great but install was not good. Installers forgot to install conduit and refused to when it was pointed out. I had this installed at a rental property. Tenant is handy and fixed errors. Also, installers didn’t bring plumber’s putty. Yenant had to rush to Home Depot to buy some.

The service WAS NOT COMPELTE. The incompenent inidividuals who came to install my garbage disposal tool over 2 hours. Charged me an additional $160 and in the end my garbage disposal didnt work. They were going to order another one and come the next week however they left the "nonworking" disposal installed so I could use the sink and best buy REFUSED to deliver a new one until I returned the old one

My appointment time was 12pm-4pm. I took the day off work only to have them show up after 6pm after they called saying they were in route 3 times! They were obviously tired and ready to be done for the day when they did arrive because they only did half the job and it was not correct and they broke my water shutoff valve off under the sink. Had to have a plumber come in and finish the job and fix everything.

Had garbage disposal installed. Now sink fills with 3-4 inches of water before the water goes down. I have to use my hand to push food downt o the disposal. I think they messed up the drain trap because it used to drain fine before.

Terrible. The contractor said he only installs straight swap outs and my existing disposal had a straight pipe and the new one to be installed needed a different type of pipe. Contractor refused to do anything extra besides a swap out to get it installed. Told me to call a plumber.

They can’t install because there is no electric outlet!That is why I wanted it installed in the first place!If there was an outlet,I could have installed it myself!So useless

They never provide the disposal i was told would be installed, very upset manager never replied to my emails, sent repair service told me he just came to reinstall dishwasher, ti leaked and was instlled sideways

I sent you all an email. Didn't get a response. 2 different guys came out. Said they couldn't install my new garbage disposal. The plumbing is set for my old garbage disposal. Suggested I call a plumber. So can I have a refund for the charges I paid in advance for installation?
