Excellent, Quick and efficient service. The installation was quick and done with minimal disturbance.

Very good skilled installers. Fast and clean. However, at end of install the technician explained that we really need a new dishwasher vent/hose to stop water overflow. Only an extra $100 charged on their personal square account. The garbage disposal only cost $250. Seemed sleazy. The 2nd issue is that when I called Best Buy to order the garbage disposal, I asked the rep 2 times if I needed to buy any extra hose kits or accessories. They said we don’t need any other add on purchases… and then I get charged for exactly that thing. Very disappointed with Best Buy.

The installer was prompt, polite, professional and thorough. The job was done quickly and well and he ensured I was satisfied before he considered the job complete. The workspace was left as clean as when he arrived.

I cannot recommend the Total Tech membership enough - we have had several appliances installed for FREE with tremendous service from all of the installers.
