It looks like Best Buy deleted my review, so I will repost it. The person who installed the garbage disposal called early in the morning and wanted to come right in, but my appointment was not until later period he said that they are assigned certain routes and had to be done by a certain time period when he came to install the garbage disposal at my house, he seemed to be irritated to be there longer than he planned and he was carrying on a personal phone call. After he finished installing the garbage disposal, he told me that the pipe was a little too short and that he could run to Home Depot to pick up another one period he said that if I had a pipe in the house he could just use that one and do it for free. I happen to have family very close to the local Home Depot and they were headed there to buy the pipe, then he seemed to get a bit upset. He told me that the cost would be $45.00. I asked how the payment works and he told me to pay him directly and not to pay Best Buy. He accepted $45.00 in cash. He told me $45.00 was cheeping then hiring a plumber. I don't know if this is his side hustle or not. Maybe he intended to charge me $45.00 regardless. Earlier he said he could do it for free if I had an existing pipe. You are better off going to your local hardware store and finding a random person to come install things.

HE tried to install larger one which didn't fit. He had to come out a couple of times. Wan't to please me and easy to work with.

Followed directions from the manual for installation

Dishwasher cleans without water spots. Very quiet when washing dishes

I did not purchase my dishwasher from Best Buy, but they installed this along with my new Dishwasher anyway. Didn't take longer than an hour.

Service was professional and clean. Showed up on time and properly prepared to perform the installation in a timely manner.

Tried to sell me an Air gap for my dishwasher. (An air gap that isn't required.) Didn't reconnect the p-trap correctly and water was leaking from it. Used some kind of putty between the sink and mouth of the disposal that 2 weeks later is still soft and oozing.

Great crew of 2 did the installation. Very happy with the results.

Installation was blah. Took off work to be home and they cancel my appointment. Had to wait a week later to have a person in training come out to learn on my job. All for people learning but it took longer to get the job done because he had to do a lot of correcting

I have Best Buy complete the installation whenever available because they do it right

Wanted it done right the first time! Six things going at onces this was a no brainer and afford able.
