The disposal was broken to begin with

Apparently they didn't return the broken part but they did take it with them. Now I'm stuck with a $300 bill for something I didn't get. Best Buy won't let me cancel or get the order replaced.

Terrible install

Terrible

I took a day off of work for this to be installed only for the installers to refuse to put it in till we talked to best buy about getting power to it. NOTE ** YOU MUST HAVE AN EXISTING DISPOSAL FOR THE SERVICE

Poor job done

Water is now leaking onto my floor. I think that this service was poorly done. I am having you come out again to fix this leak and hopefully resolve my problem. Elliot Leon

The gentlemen stated they had never installed one before. I do appreciate the fact that they explained that to me. Like I stated before, you have no ideal what you people schedule .

Not worth paying for install

He said a supervisor would contact me the next day. It has been a month with no communication. I finally found a plumber and had it installed with no problem.

Installation wiring versus plug in

While come to my home for installation, the product was broken after installation. After that, call best buy many time to fix it. It never get it fixed.

Unprofessional worker
