Best buy installers do not know how to install. Two guys came and said they have to call experts. Next time again same two guys came. Terrible!

Worst experience ever! 3rd party contractor chosen buy Best Buy. Purchased new gas stove top. 3 trips for contractor to install. 1month later still smell gas. Multiple calls to Best Buy. Contractor is a liar when he finally called back he told me he was not qualified gas leaks. So irritated! Will never buy another item from Best Buy.

They arrived and I told them it needed to be converted to propane and they said a different person would come because they aren't certified. There was no place on the web site when ordering to make this known. The next guy came and complained that he had to install it and hook up the gas, then he complained that it might not fit. Poor

This was a reintall because the original install didn't correctly adjust the burner hight on the propane conversion. Company has called twice to schedule, I explain it is a reinstall, they say they have to research, then they never call back or show up. Best Buy has botched this and can't seem to figure out how to fix it.

It took 6 weeks to get the cook top installed. Worst appliance experience from any company. Did not expect Best Buy would be so bad in getting the product, and installing it. It took 3 different Best Buy installers to install it. One guy installed with reverse regulator, and blamed it on the “Not working cook top”. Have to get another cook top and get it properly installed.

Before installing the cooktop, Best Buy sent someone to measure to make sure it fit. Seems like a great idea. In our case, the person who did the measurements, did not do them properly, so the cooktop, when installed, did not fit. The installers had to make modifications to our kitchen, and then charged us extra.

The 3rd party installation company said they were unable to install. So far, every appliance we’ve purchased, the 3rd party installations company said they were unable to install any of the items we purchased. Waste of time and had to hire another company to install

purchased at the end of November. NOT YET INSTALLED -grrrrr! Everyone has been polite, but dealing with the issue has been above their pay-grade - and god forbid ask to be connected to a supervisor. It has been a nightmare connecting anyone authorized to manage the installation scheduling. Opacity rules

Disaster. You came to the house to measure for a cooktop but when the installers arrived it would not fit. I had the opening cut and rescheduled the install. It was confirmed in your email. No one showed up. 3 weeks later I still do not have a cooktop to use.

Per consultation informed us that the new stove will fit however, when stove arrived, we had to pay an additional $300 to cut our granite counter!! This is a huge expense we had not planned on! Very disappointed with the Best Buy service!

ZERO STARS. Horrible experience with service people. They wanted us to Zelle money to employees personal bank account for a part they said was needed. What a scam!!!!! All parts were in place for a correct install. Never again will I go with Best Buy appliance service.

Three of the technicians didn't properly install gas line for cooktop -- had a gas leak for a week and finally had to call our gas company. You can't call into the store to speak to a manager. Finally, went to store and talked to manager.

Significant delays in the scheduling and rescheduling of appointments. The installers had restrictions that prevented them from doing the the work and paid oit of pocket to finish the job. Nice people, but flawed system.

The tech showed up at a completely different time than I was originally told. Also was told he was there to do nothing related to the reason I was having total tech out to my house. Trying to fix the problem ourselves.

Technician left without completing installation and gas was leaking from a fitting they partially connected. Had to call local gas company for emergency response.
