Great cooktop and installation service. I had the cooktop installed but later realized the draw on next cabinet wasn't able to open. The installer come back next day to help adjusted. Very satisfied with the service.

Best Buy used a third party installer for our cooktop, double wall oven and dishwasher. Each time A2Z sent Phil’s team and they were fantastic!! Very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, courteous, and careful to not scratch floors or cabinets. Phil did an excellent job installing all of the appliances, removed all packing materials and demonstrated the features on each after they were installed. He made sure all were level. He also problem solved the double oven cabinet when the manufacturer’s specs had been incorrect. Best Buy is so lucky to have him installing their appliances!

The guys that installed this are not professional. They installed the the cooktop not square with the walls. I had to take the straps loose move the cooktop so it was square with the wall then screw the straps into the cabinet. The gas line was in the way so the cabinet drawer would not close even after I told him about it. They couldn’t get the drawers back in so I had to do it. They were going to charge me $59.00 to take my old cooktop even when the person that called me told me they would take it no charge.

I recently purchased new Stainless Steel GE Profile kitchen appliances from Pacific Sales ( owned by Best Buy). This included a new gorgeous 5 burner cooktop. The installation went well. I made sure ahead of time that the new unit would fit in the same space as the old cooktop. Everything went well and my wife is pleased. The installer did a fine job.

We had a new cooktop and microwave installed. Our tech was everything you could hope for. Timely, professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Great experience overall.

The installers came on time, kept me informed on their arrival and work quickly, efficiently and installed the cooktop perfectly.

It took forever but, we finally got our cooktop installed. So far it is working fine and it looks wonderful.

Installer did a great job. I needed to make a fast run to hardware store for a nipple extender and coupler to fit our new gas stove top. Never got installers name but he went beyond to install gas connection so we woud have it completed that afternoon. Thanks

Philip and his partner did a good installation. They install with care, move my stuff carefully and clean up nicely. A minor improvement/suggestion, they worn shoe cover all the time to walk in and out of house. It would be better if they will take off shoe cover when go outside and put back on when they come in. Some third-party repairman would take care of this detail and my wife appreciate it.

Just installed. Look good, fit well but gas valve is back right area. Last one was back left so cabinet has taken a beating.could not rely on Best Buy crew to install. They messed up vent install at 11:30 PM!! Couldn’t book cooktop install when needed:/

The cooktop is great. The third party installers from Best Buy were not good at all. After they installed the cooktop with an extension cord coming out of it onto a plug on my countertop we still had to call an electrician at added cost to come and do the job correctly. The installer was incompetent and also extremely rude to us.

Love our Kitchen Aid gas cooktop. Best Buy had the cooktop available weeks before Lowe’s or Home Depot.

The installation of our new, 30 inch gas GE profile cooktop was done seamlessly. Installers were professional and very knowledgeable and took the old one out brought the new one in set it up all in under 45 minutes it could not have been done better
