The people that installed my stove top did a great job. They were courteous and very professional.

Highly recommend - not complicated but I wanted peace of mind it was done right especially on a gas range!

Love my new ccoktop. Please be aware that this is for natural gas. If you are connecting this to a propane tank, you will need a kit that cost $250.

The installers were very professional and did an excellent job removing the old cooktop and installing the new cooktop. It worked perfectly immediately.

This cooktop install has STILL NOT HAPPENED. I've had my THOR cooktop in my garage for 13 months. I call - email - call - go to the store = over 1 hour away - - - NOTHING. And we bought ALL OF OUR new kitchen appliances at BEST BUY. All of our warranties are void and Best Buy should be called Worst Buy!! My story goes on and on and on about online or phone call assistance. LIES - Lies - lies!!! This company should be SO VERY ASHAMED of their phone/on-line help!!! My instore help is the only thing that over the past 12 months gotten me through, BUT now I'm running into serious problems there!! I CAN'T rate the cooktop - looks good in the box - but I needed to review after multiple requests whether I have used the appliance or not. Sorry....maybe update you all in a year or 2!

We especially like our installation expert named Dayquill. He is polite and professional. Did a great and fast job. I also appreciate him being very observant. As he saw that we were wearing masks, he out his mask on himself. I gave him shoe covers and he had no complaint putting them on. The most impressive thing is when he went back to the truck to get something, he took off the shoe covers, but put them back on when he re-entered the house. I gladly give him 5 stars!

They forgot to give me the information ℹ️ needed to register my appliance i called them to explain what happened they said they would return to correct the problem but they never did

I never had horrible experience handling my current purchase of thermador gas cooktop. We are very careful buying any special appliances or large TVs. We requested BestBuy to come measure so that we can buy the right cooktop that can fit into our island. After the measurements were done, we end up selecting Thermador cooktop with install and hallway. After the arrival, installer found it will not fit. We make another trip to BestBuy to cancel and reorder without install so that we can use plumber to expand/resize our granite counter top. It is now. more than 30 days passed and scheduled for appointment on Saturday. We received an email stating everything on track on two days before scheduled appointment. Another email on the following day with the header "Time to schedule an appointment" with no explanation and next available date is after a month. I have to call them today to understand the problem and it will be not available until another month. From today, I am not buying any special purchase from BestBuy and will go to professional & specialized stores.

Our installation was scheduled three times. The first two times, the installers showed up late and without the item to install. The third time, the item was left hooked to the gas line but floating on top of the counter because it didn't fit into the opening. Best Buy pre-measured before the the install was scheduled to make sure it wasn't a problem. I ground down the countertop so it now fits but the installation is still incomplete. Clamps and foam padding under the cooktop still need to be installed. I was told by the installer that BestBuy would be in touch to confirm how it was left and arrange for completion. Two days have passed and I haven't received a call.

Two appliance men came today 12/7/2023 and installed my cook top they were very efficient and did a great job!

Jose installed the cooktop quickly and professionally. The cooktop was a small fraction of an inch longer than the opening in one dimension, and he was able to make a minimal cut in the granite to compensate for that. The ignition system is slightly different than previous cooktops I have had, and he explained that clearly by comparing it with lighting a pilot light on a heater.
