Gas regulator ordered, Geek Squad (Dakota) arrived at initial install and said part was incorrect. Mentioned he would reorder part and it would arrive in 2 days. Called him after 1.5 weeks and he said that he would arrive to install part on Oct 4. Tried to pull a fast one on me by saying that he needed to take the incorrect part to the van and come back with the new part. When I requested that I wanted to compare parts, he confessed that he was inexperienced with installing gas connections to cooktop and apologized for trying to pull a fast one on me. I mentioned that had he installed the part, my house would be on fire. He said that the new part was at the Canton store and he would request an experienced person Brian to return by 1 PM. Called Customer Home care at 2 PM - they mentioned that they would escalate and the field manager would call me within an hour. At 5 PM, I called customer home care and mentioned that no one called me. Requested a supervisor - Axel mentioned that Customer Care does not cover these issues and I had to go to the store. The saga continues..

My cooktop was never installed correctly. When I called for service, the first appointment, the tech came and said he needed to research and reschedule. After I didn't heat anything, I called and found out that he canceled the appointment saying he didn't work on gas cooktops. The second appointment, the tech said he had the wrong tools and a part was defective on the cooktop. The 3rd appointment, the tech was a no call, no show. The 4th appointment, the tech said the installation was wrong and the part was defective. I was later called to reschedule because that company was no longer honoring the geek squad protection plan. The 5th appointment, the tech said the defective part was no longer available so they were replacing the cooktop. The 6th appointment, the tech came out and said he didn't know how to turn the gas off using the shut off valve at the gas tank. The 7th appointment was another no call, no show. The 8th appointment had me waiting all day then said he couldn't find the house. He never called to say this. I just got a call saying they had to reschedule because he couldn't find the house. Here it is, appointment #9 and it's 2 weeks away. This plan is not worth it. I want my money back and I'll never buy the geek squad protection plan...ever again. Best Buy delivery and protection plans are the biggest pain and the delivery and repair people are the worst I've ever seen. The girl that called to reschedule after the tech lied and said he came, argued with me, telling me he came because he took a picture of a road. I was home ALL day so she didn't know what she was talking about but still defended the liar. I asked for a manager and they kept me on hold for at least 30 minutes and said they'd call back...but never did. Save your money and never buy a geek squad protection plan. They don't honor it and you'll go through too much unnecessary trouble. You'd be better off just buying another one because at least you would get that one.

The installers were professional but unable to fit the double oven into the opening

The person that installed was polite kept the area he was working clean and was very profesional. He gave me a very easy talk through the ooeracion of the product.

The first stovetop was dented and needed a new one.

The installers called the day before to confirm and showed up on time. They were very careful when installing the double oven to take care that the floor, counter tops and cabinet were not scratched. We appreciated their service especially on a Friday evening!

I would whole heartedly recommend the installation team to anyone. They did an absolutely incredible job of the installation. Their professionalism was outstanding and they represent BestBuy in the best way. They were awesome!

Excellent cooktop. Good spacing on the burners to accommodate larger pans. Burner output is really good.

Love my stove top. Cooks great. I just have to get use to the different arrangement of the burners. You have so many options on all the burners, just amazing.

My cooktop wasn't installed because the shut off is outside with 2' line coming in. My husband had to do the hookups.

James and Mario were great! Unfortunately we didn't have the hole large enough for the cooktop to be installed at that time so we told them we would install it ourselves. The gave such great advice on how to install!

The 30” Cooktop is great. However, you cannot safely use small sauce pans. Just be careful. They will tilt which can cause a major spillover and/or burns.

Very powerful gas cook top. It is also to operate and the design is safe comparing to what I had before. Thumb up.

Service agent had trouble making the gas line not hit the drawer below counter top. He cut a wedge in the drawer then decided that wasn't necessary.
