Masterpro who Best Buy uses for installations came to install however the plywood needed a little adjustment for it to fit. The Masterpro guys were not going to install until it was corrected. Thank goodness my contractor was there. After the adjustment the Master pro guys complained that there are to many people in the kitchen and they don’t have room to install the item now. I told them that the two other guys can step out of the kitchen while they install. Then they proceeded to ask for more money because it was a gas hookup. They also were trying to get more money from me for my other appliance installation. I would not give them any money as I have already paid Best Buy for the installation. They stormed out of the house.
