Very happy with my Thermador cooktop. It is very easy to clean, especially the grates. Best in function and looks.

Terrible experience with Best Buy installers. Other appliances went okay but the Cooktop, Microwave, and Oven were a nightmare. I will never have tham install again.

the installers put the gas line reducer in straight instead of a 90' angle like the previous cooktop, so now I can't close the drawer. I had to clean area before putting drawer back in so the installers were already gone. I called twice to resolve this issue but was only given lip service (took the call but no return calls).

The technician from Best Buy failed to do a complete study of the measurements of my cooktop. As a result, the installer had to cut part of my kitchen drawer in order for it to fit. He threatened to leave and not install because "I'm not a carpenter".

The guys at Next Level did the install and they were excellent!

Installation fee is $179 for the gas cooktop, but we have to pay extra $175 to update valve from 5/8-in to 1/2-in. The gas cooktop is from same company and same size. Installer spent about half hour.

Multiple visits were required as one failed service attempt after another were experienced. The first visit was supposed to be a survey. The second visit for install identified that the fuel was propane instead of natural gas and the installers left. A week later when rescheduled that installers returned to complete the install with the kit that was in the package the installers ignored. The installers then identified a burner with that did not operate properly but they could not address. The online support informed that we would need to engage the manufacturer instead of the installers returning. Looking at the instructions it was simply a fitting that was missing that certified installers should have been able to address in under a minute. This install process was the worse I have experienced form any company for any device
