Nice Samsung Gas Cooktop, we loved it. The burners are excellent and the cooking time is less.

Cooktop is user friendly. Several of my appliances arrived and had to be replaced.

The installation hasn't been done, first there was an issue from my side that I fixed, then I got an appointment on 5/23 that you guys canceled, I re-scheduled again for 5/30 and I have received a text message that it is also canceled!

During my purchase of a new gas cooktop, I was specifically asked whether I wanted my electric cooktop removed at the time the gas cooktop was installed. Best Buy was specifically instructed to leave the electric cooktop it was removing. The electric cooktop was older but worked perfectly. We have asked that Best Buy return the electric cooktop but it has not been returned. I am not sure why Best Buy believes it is entitled to keep my property.

Worst install team I have met. Cancelled on me. Then came a week later, could not do the Conversion from gas to propane. Lied about another team coming. Then left with the box which he left parts in that we needed. So We have been without a cooktop for several weeks. Worst installation team I’ve ever experienced. I contacted them about the missing parts and still have no help or no solution. I’m not sure when we will have a cooktop. It’s been several weeks.

the installation guy asked for $150 extra as the new one has a large opening base, but he did not provide me with an invoice. Although Bestbuy said the installation is free.

Purchase of June 29, 2023. The installer of a top-cook on July 12 came to install it and incidentally, he left the water heater without gas, he did not remove the accessory or hose from the appliance to the gas inlet and damaged the oven. On July 14, I filed a complaint and they opened a case, which as of today - August 4 - has not even started. Expenses to repair oven and put gas for approximately $600. I will not buy anything in this store again.

I was given a total price installed, put it on my credit card, the day of install , iu get a call from the installer that I have to pay $90 extra for the permit , and I had to pay him

Was not made aware that measurement services could be done by Best Buy. Purchased product, product delivered and installer scheduled. During installation my marble counter needed to be cut a 1/2 inch. Now, keeping in mind that the installers are BB installers, and old unit had already been removed. The BB installers charged me $500 to cut a 1/2 inch of marble from my marble counter top.
