Called ahead. Arrived on time. Connected everything quickly and efficiently, even having to remove a gas cap as previous owner appeared to have used electric. Very pleasant interaction.

Install Team did a good job of installing stacked washer and dryer. They were professional and on time.

The installers didn’t agree to place the washer and dryer so the doors open away and easier to move the clothes from washer to dryer. The gas connection cable was twisted and started leaking gas after two days. I had to buy a new cable and connect it. The vent kit was not attached properly to the dryer either and had to clean up the lint.

ABYSMAL. They connected my washer wrong and started it risking burning out the motor. They didn't have the install products I ordered. When I asked for them they gave me parts belonging to other people so i had a hard time returning them making me look like a thief when they were stealing products and selling using them on the side. They didn't connect the gas line because they didn't have the product I ordered. So I had to make several trips to home depot and lowes to fix it because I didn't have the parts. The water line on the washer and dryer were still blocked. To make matters worse I returned the random items they gave me to the store and the manager took my items and told me to call the appliance support hotline. Only to discover later that I received no credit for the items I returned to the store that are now no longer in my possession. This has been a nightmare.

The installation crew were on time, got the job accomplished and left the area clean.

They dismantled and hauled everything away after they installed my new washer. Everything was cleaned up and ready to go.

Great service. For only $20 they set up my dryer very nicely. They made sure it was leveled on the ground so it doesn't wobble around.

The guys came with my best interest in mind. Asked me if it was ok to walk in certain areas, put mats down, and we're so professional. Would definitely use the team again!
