Installers did not complete due to a needed “house modification”. Had to hire other installer Hose was fine for the plumber.

I paid one thousand dollars for a high end dryer. I paid for the installation. The dryer is great. The installation was poor. The Best Buy guys who delivered the product informed me that I needed two more vents. They told me that I could get them at Home Depot. I found out later that Best Buy carried them, So, I do not understand why they would lead me to another company. Worst yet, why they did not have spares on their truck for such conditions as these. They could have very easily charged my card right then and the install would have been complete. But they did not, I then ordered them on the Best Buy website. I was told that they would be delivered in two days. Today when they delivered them. They just dropped them off and now I am stuck trying to figure out how to do this. They do not care about their customers. They are only trying to fill a quota. Poor service. Poor poor service. I would not recommend them at all for any future services.

The technician that delivered our washer and dryer were very knowledgeable and professional.

Best buy crew installed my washer and dryer quickly. Just getting it scheduled takes forever

The Best Buy team came in the hose noted where they needed to go, planned a route, and carefully brought in the appliances. No damage to my new house or new appliances. Job well done!!!

Proper tools for installation. You pay for the tools that aren't left for you to keep.. Our installers didn't leave the tools. Best Buy says this is a requirement.

Guys were on time, very nice and professional. Set the machines up to make doors open for easy clothes transfer from wash to dryer.

We’re not able to hook up since they didn’t have the correct cord. Ended up doing it ourselves

Gas line was installed incorrectly and was left leaking that caused it to stop heating. Had to call the So Cal Gas to correct it for a cost. They could have blown up my house with us in it.

This review is only for the gas dryer installation (as opposed to how well the dryer works). I had to point out that their installation was so poor that the right angle metal portions would just fall off the circular ducts unless they at least taped it up. They said they were done so I touched one end gently and sure enough the duct and right angle section separated. They taped up that side and left. I knew the other section (at the dryer exhaust itself) would fall off as well but didn't bother telling them as I just wanted them to leave. After they left I confirmed the other section was not secured and fixed it with tape myself. Waste of time and money using this service.

Delivery & installation crew were on point, friendly, knowledgeable, and kept their masks on! Thanks for having a great crew!

We've only had it for about a month so I can't comment on long term reliability. But it dries very well and the build quality seems high.

The gas dryer installation went smoothly and the guys showed up on time. They hauled away the old washer/dryer as well.

2 guys from JB Hunt came and installed my dryer. They were great.

When the dryer was delivered, the steam feature was not functional. I called Best Buy corporate and was told I would have to contact the manufacturer. I was on hold collectively for 50 minutes. I went to the store and was advised that was inaccurate. We scheduled a second install. The installer was unable to hook up the steam feature to the dryer. The connecting hose was not long enough. The only solution offered was for me to go purchase the proper length hose from a third party vendor and try again on my own or reschedule through Best Buy.

My scheduled delivery and installation was for between 8am and 12pm. The guys arrived at 7am which was great. They took my old one and installed the new one all with in 30 minutes.
