Dryer was hooked up professionally and quickly. It's worth the cost to make sure everything was hooked up correctly.

Very unhappy with the installation. Gas was not hooked up properly and caused a gas leak. Installer also removed a brand new vent hose attachment that was custom sized to my vent without telling me. They attached a new vent hose, but it had a tear in it.

Installation was quick and smooth, the old dryer was taken smoothly and without incident. Installers were talkative and friendly but overall experienced and professional.

Delivery confusion. We purchase a lot of items from BestBuy and never have a problem, but be aware that during Black Friday times the delivery teams get really pushed hard. Also had to do a swap of products and I have the Washer and Dryer stacked and the instll team said they cannot exchange because the stacker kit was glued together. You never use Glue.

The first guys to come the asked for the stackable piece to attach the washer and dryer, well the salesman didn’t order it. Ok, well since we ordered a stackable unit you would think the sales person would ask for it or know that we need it. The second guys said the gas hose was hissing and they would not put it in. Ok my fault, I called the plumber, fixed it. Although the plumber said it was not a big issue. Third time, they opened the dryer from the package and the dryer was broken, no fault of anyone but just another setback. 4th time, installed but not fully, the stackable unit goes in a closet, but they put it together outside the closet and now we’re unable to attach the hoses because they attached it outside the closet, leaving me and my neighbor to fix it. Which wasn’t what I paid for. I will say this everyone of the people who came to try to put the washer/dryer were nice/ friendly. I can’t say enough great things about them

I needed a washer and dryer that my elderly mother could use easily. This fit the bill. Great choice. Kept it simple. Not too many gadgets and nothing digital

The gentleman who installed the dryer was excellant...he made sure I understood everything...and he wasfollowed covud 19 rules
