Sometimes we haven't had the best experience with appliance installers, but the men who came to install our washer and dryer this time were very courteous and efficient.

Paying for the installation was worth the extra $$ for the convenience. The moved it in, set it up on the pedestal, tested it and took away all the packing materials.

The delivery person installing my dryer neglected to use the sealant when hooking up my dryer.... hence the gas smell, and me have to hook it up. Not happy with the installation... happy with the dryer, but not the installation.

The installation took longer than expected (two trips) because I had to make a trip to the store to purchase the proper adapter for the gas cut off valve.

I paid for an install of a steam dryer - they didn't complete the install and just left - one of the parts for the steam wasn't even the right part and the hose wasn't long enough even though my washer and dryer are right next to each other. So I had to purchase the correct Y part to connect the dryer to the water and I had to purchase another hose. I contacted Best Buy several times and the install/delivery place contacted me one time. I tried several times to contact them back but I always had to speak to a specific person who was NEVER available and her hours had changed only days after she left her message to me and by my second attempt to contact them. I finally sent them a second email. I bought my dryer in October, it was approximately December 7th until they contacted me about installing the steam. If they attempted to make contact prior they left NO messages and I don't answer numbers I don't know. I told them to forget it I finished the install myself and hoped I did it correctly. My contract said if they installed it and the dryer ever needed to be removed they would take care of it but I assume since I HAD TO install the steam myself it becomes my problem.

The delivery men were polite and very careful not to damage my walls going upstairs and they were careful not to damage the units

Fast, timely and friendly installation! The installers were very nice and also returned and refunded an extra unnecessary part for us, so we did not waste any money.
