The two guys did a nice job

Best Buy owes me $109 because of incompetent insta

The first time they said there was something wrong with the vent that they either could not or refused to fix. The second time different installers that could not effectively communicate in English refused because they said it was a “safety problem “. It turned out that the gas connector they were trying to use was the wrong size. They left without doing anything. Finally, my neighbor and I went to the local plumbing supply store and for $20.00 bought the correct connector and my neighbor installed it. I wrote a previous complaint that was ignored. Best Buy owes me $89 because the installers refused to install the dryer and $20 because I had to buy the correct part.
